★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The flowers that were delivered were absolutely nothing like the pictures of the ones I ordered online. I would have never picked the arrangement that was delivered. It looked like the flowers were all they had and were thrown together with no thought. Very disappointed considering it cost a lot of money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give 0 stars I would. Owner of this shop previously owned a shop in alberta. I booked wedding flowers with her 1 year prior to my wedding. She told me 5 months later she moved her shop to BC but assured me she would still be filling her remaining Alberta orders and nothing had changed. Confirmed with her 5 weeks prior to my wedding that everything was good- she confirmed and I sent her the remainder of the balance owed. 10 days later I got an email saying she was cancelling the order as it ‘wasn’t worth her time’ to fill my order anymore as she was in BC. She gave me no other options except to suggest I go to Safeway and do my own bouquets. Gave no apology. Admitted she left me high and dry and was ok with it. I would never recommend doing business with her.

They truly love their community and are the best flower shop we have seen in years!! Thanks so much flower fantasy & gifts ♡♡♡ will be a returning customer for life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charlotte is fantastic to work with. Only recently discovered this shop in Oliver for flowers for our winery events and I'll never buy store flowers again. She's given me great advice on arrangement, made terrific suggestions on alternative solutions to cut costs, and thrown in extra bits. We will be using her for all future events for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called to find out if they could do a delivery the same day even though they were closing within 90 minutes, and Tara said her delivery person had already left for the day. I tried a couple of other places but it was too late. Then Tara called me back to find out if I was able to find another florist to do it. Wow, such great customer service. She is going out of her way to assist me even though a lack of planning on my part doesn’t constitute an emergency on anyone else’s part! Thank you Tara, you’ll be my go-to florist in that area from her on in! HIGHLY recommend!
