Flowers on Main & Reis Boutique

I recently received two bouquets from Flowers on Main. Both were beautiful and lasted over two weeks! I live out of town and they were delivered to our door with personal instructions on how to care for certain flowers in them.I highly recommend them!

Very satisfied with the service and product from Flowers on Main in Oliver B.C. I have had to do my dealings via phone as I live 3 hrs away. Being in sales myself, I critique process. This place has it going! Polite, ask what the occasion is, ask what I'm thinking/looking for, ask when and where I want delivery etc............ Oliver and Osoyoos have a few flower shops according to my search. This is a classic example of first impressions and delivery. They have come through as promised again and today's arrangement looks great! My girl sent me a pic. If she's happy, I'm happy! I will not hesitate to call for the next bouquet I want to send her. You've earned a customer :-)

We called in our order for a "Thinking of You" arrangement for someone in Oliver. At first, I had my doubts about making the purchase because of an initial bad impression that I got over the phone but I soon warmed to the person at the other end of the line. We were glad that we did because our recipient gushed about the delivered flowers. She said: "The three pink lilies are very fragrant. Interspersed are red and white roses, green chrysanthemums, purple and pink flowers, statice and greenery." It doesn't get better than this. It's exactly the reaction we were hoping for. Flowers on Main are skilled in what they do!

Ana arranged a tasteful anniversary bouquet at a reasonable price with chocolates, transparent communicator who made it clear when her flowers would arrive from Vancouver and when the arrangement would be ready. Highly recommended.

I sent a Mother's Day bouquet and was not overly impressed once I saw a photo.. the price was much more than the resulting Gerbera daisies and carnations! I couldn't believe it. I've had much more exciting bouquets from grocery stores for half the price of what I paid for these. It was pretty, yes, but not what I was expecting at all. The only reason I am giving this store two stars is because the online form was easy to fill out.

Even though website says she will deliver to V0H and also Osoyoos, would not deliver to 2450 Radio Tower Rd. Oliver V0H 1T1. After I agreed to pickup the flowers, saying we'll let our Australian friend know not to order from here again (since she won't deliver to us) - she was rude, refused to make up the flowers and cancelled the order! Happy Birthday. There was no snow storm or other extenuating circumstance.

Coming out of Big Al's this evening I witnessed two ladies who work at this flower shop calling a man and woman awful names! From what I could see, the flower shop van was coming in the wrong entrance as the other truck was going out the proper way. The flower shop ladies were calling them c@$ts and telling them they were fat, just an awful way for people who work in this small town to behave. I am glad I have never gone into this flower shop reading the other reviews on the owner and how rude she is so I will be sure never to step foot in this shop...ever!!

Horrible first visit will never go here again. I placed an order for corsages last year and was said to pick up that evening on my way home, she said she would be closing at 4pm though her hours said she closed at 5pm. When I went to go pick up the corsages the next day (even though I live 45 minutes away) and as listed her address on google is in Osoyoos, I looked everywhere and didn't find her shop. I called her and had asked for her address and she told me the shop was in Oliver, and she quickly ended the call. Then I went to Oliver and I was unable to find the address there and therefore I called her again to make sure where I was and how to get there. Instead of telling me the address again and guiding me where I was to go to she told me that "I already told you the address". After finding the place on my own when I went to the shop, I told her I was here to pick up the corsages, I had asked her why she had spoken to me like that on the phone and she said that she gets annoyed when the same person calls her over and over for the address. I said that's not very nice. I had asked her why she had closed early the other day, she said it's because she was working alone and her excuse was that she was waiting for me. She began yelling at us, stating that she didn't want to give our flowers anymore and told us to leave the store. And even though I had sent her the money already via e-transfer I told her if you don't want to give us the flowers then to return our money. She started yelling again, saying "no I worked on these flowers and I am not going to." She told us to shut up and she smacked the table multiple times. The owner was very rude and displayed much attitude, would give no stars at all. Do not recommend this flower shop to anyone or would never go there myself ever.
