Nutshell: Outstanding vet clinic with amazing vets & vet techs working here. They care & bond with your animal. Since their care is so good, they are unfortunately very busy and overworked (definitely under-appreciated! ) A few times they forgot to fax over our dog’s Prescription to the pharmacy… however, I can’t hold it against them because they provided A+++++ service. β€”β€”β€”β€”β€” Prior to passing away, our gorgeous chocolate lab rescue had long & difficult medical history. She used to always dread going to the vet until we moved here and started her at SEAH (SOUTH Etobicoke Animal Hospital.) In fact, on walks she would pull and lead us to SEAH for a visit. All the vets and vet techs we saw had genuine bonds with our dog and were wonderful people to get to know personally too. BEST EXAMPLE: come home Saturday evening to a ruptured cyst on dog’s leg. SEAH clinic was closed so we rushed her to an EMERGENCY vet clinic instead. Emerg clinic gave us 2 options: amputate, or put her down. We were devastated and angry. We take our dog back to SEAH come Monday for a second opinion. SEAH does a biopsy, stitches her up, and then shows us how to properly bandage her leg up ourselves every 2 days. THEY SAVED HER LEG AND THEY SAVED US MONEY!!!! Thank you!

Dr Dhaliwal and his team are absolutely fantastic! The only vet I would trust with my animals. We have been with him for 10 years.

Truly appreciate how you all care about my furry friend. You fuss over them like they are the most beautiful animals ever. I so appreciate that. And I trust your medical knowledge as well.

I've been taking my cat there for 6 years and they were fine until recently they became rude, unprofessional and money-hungry. They charged me in full for a medication they didn’t have, and when I went there for follow-up and to pick up the medication, the manager was extremely rude to me. I will never ever take my cat there again. They don’t even deserve 1 star. I would give this place zero stars.

This clinic has a very friendly receptionist and a Vet who listened to my concerns and validated them with her very thorough exam of my dog. They were able to get me in quickly and the Vet spent a lot of time discussing possible diagnoses and possible treatment options.

I was SUPER pleased with this place. I'm not even a regular client of theirs and they fit me in to their booked schedule because I had a very sick cat and my vet was out of town. They were very interested in my cats health and thorough in their practice. They reviewed notes from my regular vet, suggested appropriate care, and gave her a caring exam. They were all so friendly, kind, and accommodating. I would highly recommend them."

I’m so angry at the negligence of this money hungry β€œvet”. I’ve taken my cat here for years and I was always so pleased with the service and care they provided. Right now, my cat stayed in his cage for over an hour before I said screw it and took him back. We were in for annual vaccines. It should not take that long but they’d prefer to stack appointments to make more money. My cat does not like to be caged up so how dare they keep him in his cage for a whole hour and then have the audacity to tell me they will see him in 15 minutes. If they knew they’d be backed up, I would have preferred rescheduling then holding him hostage! Don’t waste your money. Find another vet that truly cares about animals and not just the bottom line. EDIT: in response to your reply and given the circumstances, it would have been smarter to reschedule. In addition, my husband was only informed about the emergent situation after he went in to check on what was taking so long (which was a whole hour after we handed our cat off to you). We should have been informed right away. We should have been offered the opportunity to reschedule. We should have been kept updated following 30 minutes of our cat waiting instead of worrying that there was something wrong with our cat only to find out he was just sitting there in his carrier for a whole hour. This is a failure in communication on your part. Do better.

I would give zero stars if I could. Unethical business practises. This place will rip you off for money. I paid for medication and they had me pay in full then told me they didn't have enough pills. They wouldn't refund me, they said don't worry they will marked my file that they owe me pills. I just called to get the refill and they said there was no record of it and I was lying. They kept my money and blocked my phone number. If this is how they treat their customers imagine how bad they treat our pets. Go somewhere else. Edit in response: So by stating my claims are false they are basically calling me a liar while also telling me that they didn't accuse my husband of being a liar when he called. You act like my husband was out of line but you scammed him. So of course he's angry. You scammed us and we're angry. Just like you would be if someone scammed you. I run a very successful business and this is unprofessional. No wonder you have so many other bad reviews. Someone in your staff made a mistake and now you want the customer to take the fall for your mistake. It's just bad business. I have absolutely no reason to lie about this. People only get this upset and go to the trouble to write reviews when they've been wronged. I can easily purchase more medicine and will do so at a more reputable business. I was referred to you by my previous vet, when he left the country he said all his patients were being transferred to you. When I explained I was seeing the mobile vet because my rescue dog has extreme dog aggression, I was told the prescription could be transferred without bringing the dog in. Again blaming the customer for your own actions. The mobile vet was such a kind man, I wish he had chosen a better business to send his clients to.
