I’ve been going to Renforth for awhile now. The only thing I disagree with is that my dog got hives and Dr Terp looked on google about what it was. I saw another vet that doesn’t work there any more and she told me it’s an allergy. It’s called bully bumps. That bulldogs are allergic to the bushes. She didn’t have to look up on google she knew. I will still go there cause now they have new vets. I think Dr Terp is good but I could of looked up on google to get an answer

Might be nice to deal with but at the same time not reliable at all. It seams like doctors are not qualified. Regularly take a cat for a check up. Every time asked about blood work however doctor insisted that cat is not old enough. Last time I insisted that blood work should be done and apparently blood sugar is really high. So by wasting at least a year before treatment could have been started my cat's life expectancy went significantly down. It is hard to find a good clinic and unfortunately this clinic is also not good. Stay away.

We have been taking our Nacho here since we got him at 8 weeks, almost 3 years ago. We recently moved and decided to switch to a vet that is literally down the street from our new place and after just one appointment, I had huge regret. We are going back to Renforth and staying there. At Renforth they really respect the families and love the animals. They are respectful of your choices as a pet parent and are very reliable.

PLEASE STAY AWAY BE CAREFUL OF THE PEOPLE YOU LEAVE YOUR BELOVED PETS WITH. Ive been going to this place for a few years now. Recently added a new member to the family so i decided to take my new chihuahua to get vaccines. 3 vaccines later they apparently scheduled me to get booster shots which I was not aware of. They claim they wrote it on a piece of paper. Are we in the 90's? Most professional offices use email, text, or even phone communication to manage customer relations. Even if i missed my appointment, don't you think you guys should have called me? emailed me? anything? Anyways, I call today to schedule a neuter for my puppy and they said, "you missed your booster appointment, you'll have to restart from the beginning your dog is not immune to anything, you wasted your money". Not only was i greeted very rudely by Sandra, but she did nothing but consistently blame me for "missing my appointment" and didnt offer any solutions. So if i understand correctly I pay for vaccines, you guys don't follow up with your paying customers, the vaccine wears off without the booster, So I have to pay all over again? How is this fair or professional? I was then met at the front door by Dr Terp. He said he is aware of the situation & told me "I don't need to get my dog vaccinated if I didn't want to". I asked if him if I got my first set of shots their office he says yes, I follow up by asking if my dog is immune & protected he follows by smirking & saying he's probably not as immune as he could be. I asked them to get my records as I am never coming back and they were not able to produce my records because they're too busy and it takes time. Im absolutely disgusted by the level of poor service at this clinic. levels from the front desk to management please save your money people. These people are crooks. They took my money leaving me with the impression my dog is protected when in reality they couldn't care less. SO IF YOU WANT TO BE GIVEN A HARD TIME AND NOT ABLE TO CLAIM INSURANCE, THIS IS THE CLINIC. We have been referred to by a Vet friend and going to this clinic for years with both of our dogs and Dr Terp is amazing. However the receptionist working here now is awful. My dog Tupper had an emergency and incurred expenses at another emergency vet clinic 2 AM. I asked Renforth to give me the PDF of my dog's medical history so I can get reimbursed for my expenses at insurance. I have been emailing back and forth for two days, they said "no we don't do that, we can only email directly to insurance company". I explained to them that insurance needs me to send it directly with claim or otherwise I won't get reimbursed, unless they want to claim it for me. I even called them twice and still no solution. The receptionist won't talk to the doctor, won't talk to others to get what I need or even attempt to make it possible, hangs up the phone and now make me doing the run around "oh please call back Monday when manager is around, we the receptionists don't do that" as if you are not all part of the same clinic. Regardless of the reasons, CVO states that medical information belongs to the patient, and in this digital age it should not be that difficult. What kind of dumb service is this?! I am already tired because my dog is sick... now I have to dance around and jump through hoops? If next week I don't get what I need to claim insurance I am going to another clinic. What a waste of time this is for patients and their family.

Our dog was serviced there just up until covid. We went to another vet as they were busy. Today we have to put our dog down and they are explaining they cannot accept her due to us switching vets. They hung up on me. Absolute horse shi t of a vet.

This is by far one of the most disgusting, disrespectful, rude clinics I have ever been to. Firstly, they are constantly ripping people off and overcharging just because they can. They're also giving useless medications to my dog and when I went to another vet clinic they were confused as to why my dog was taking the medication. Putting that aside the staff are all miserable people who talk down to you, hang up the phone on you, or get upset when you try to question them. Also, every other vet clinic I've been to has started to allow one visitor for their pet however this one doesn't even allow you into the store, and this seems very sketchy. Please just try to look for other vet clinics even though it might be further away you'll be saving money in the long run.

We have been attending Renforth Vet Clinic for a number of years now and we cannot help but notice the steady decline in the quality of care and service we have received. Most recently we had our dog in around the end of Feb. 2022 . We paid for a blood test and was told we would receive a call with the results in a couple of weeks at most. When no-one called I called them and was told that we were scheduled to receive a call back that day -but no phone call back!!. When I took this up with the support staff I was told that it was likely due to the doctor's work load- again not the customer's problem - seems to be a staffing issue. To top it off, they still do not allow the customer to come in with their pet- stating COVID concerns! Are you kidding me? I can go to any restaurant now and sit inside and have a meal and a couple drinks without my mask on. My message to you Mr. Terp is to get over it and move on! On March 21 we will even be able to remove our masks. I have always liked to be with my pet so I can not only talk with her doctor, but also to actually see what is going on. You will need to do better or risk losing more loyal customers like us.
