Received good service in store, I was told to email my measurements to get a quote. I never received a return to my emails.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service pitoyable, laisse un voicemail et envoyé un email avec toutes les photos pour une réparation et aucun retour d'appel de la succursale de Brossard depuis 10 jours et ce n'est pas ma première mauvaise expérience avec Solaris... En plus, je n'ai eu que des problèmes avec ma porte de patio depuis la construction... Solaris n’était pas mon choix (contracteur) et je vous recommande fortement de ne pas accepter ce fournisseur si vous vous faites bâtir une maison... Prochaine étape, appel au bureau chef, comme la dernière fois, quelle perte de temps.
Pitiful service, left a voicemail and sent an email with all the photos for a repair and no return calls from the Brossard branch for 10 days and this is not my first bad experience with Solaris ... In addition, I have only had issues with my patio door since construction ... Solaris was not my choice (contractor) and I strongly recommend that you do not accept this supplier if you are getting a house built ... Next step, call to the head office, like the last time, what a waste of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'installation s'est fait assez rapidement, mais le service après vente est pourri. La qualité de la peinture de porte et de base qualité. S'égratigne très facilement et j'ai eu un problème de serrure dans moins d'un mois après l'installation et ils ne sont jamais venus regler le problème. Pas de réponse non plus à mon courriel. JE NE RECOMMANDE PAS CETTE ENTREPRISES. Service après vente terrible. Très décevant!
The installation was done fairly quickly, but the after-sales service is rotten. The quality of the door painting and basic quality. Scratches very easily and I had a lock problem in less than a month after installation and they never came to fix the problem. No answer either to my email. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS. Terrific after-sales service. Very disappointing!

Fenêtres prennent l’eau après 3 années seulement.
Sauvez-vous du trouble et achetez d’une autre compagnie. Produit mediocre a comparer des fenêtres que nous avons eu auparavant d’une compagnie don le nom rime avec Sandblast.
Terrible after-sales service. Arrogant staff. Blame everything except their product which is clearly infallible to hear the representative.
Windows take on water after only 3 years.
Save yourself the trouble and buy from another company. Poor product compared to windows we have had before from a company whose name rhymes with Sandblast.

I hired their services for window repairs ( it’s their brand by the way) and I have paid 50% of the invoice as per their policy almost three months ago, and till now I haven’t had the service yet. The worker came more than two weeks ago to discover that he had the wrong parts with him, knowing that he was the one who came and made the assessment. He promised to come back with in ten days with the proper spare parts, but after almost three weeks waiting, all I get is not a very nice lady taking my calls and repeatedly shouting in my face “call back tomorrow and leave a voice message”. Do not work with those unprofessional rude people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Considering all the bad reviews, it's possible that there was a change in management and/or customer service reps.
Either way, our experience was very good. The service indeed a bit slow and we 'did' have to follow up a couple of times (hence 4/5 stars) but overall it was fairly painless.
The reps were courteous, the specialist who came in to fix the window did the job in under an hour. So, to the Solaris team, whatever you are doing to address the concerns of the previously unhappy customers, it's working. Hope to continue to see the same level of service in the future (although I also hope I never have a broken window again! :)
