Là ça commence à être du gros niaisage. Cela fait presque deux mois que nos fenêtres sont installés. Une fenêtre est même arrivé avec une vitre craqué. Tout les fenêtre on des défauts. ( Graffigne sur l'aluminium, poussière à l'intérieur des thermos, finissions intérieur du pvc inadéquate) Nous attendons un appel de services depuis l'installation, ils n'ont même pas encore donné signe de vie. Apparament, ils manquent d'employées du à la covid. Ils ont simplement décidé de tourner les coins rond .
There it starts to be big silliness. Our windows have been installed for almost two months. A window even arrived with cracked glass. All windows have flaws. (Scratches on aluminum, dust inside thermos, inadequate pvc interior finishings) We have been waiting for a service call since the installation, they have not even given a sign of life yet. Apparently, they are short of employees due to covid. They just decided to go round and round.

Acheté une porte patio le 4 juin 2021 par l'entremise d'un détaillant. La porte a plusieurs defauts. Un appel de service a été fait... mais... plus de 4 mois plus tard... je n'ai pas de nouvelle de Fenplast. J'espère bien avoir une visite bientot d'un representant afin de corriger les caoutchoucs isolants qui se brisent... L'hiver approche et pour l'instant l'isolation est compromise.
Purchased a patio door on June 4, 2021 through a retailer. The door has several flaws. A service call was made ... but ... more than 4 months later ... I haven't heard from Fenplast. I hope to have a visit soon from a representative to correct the insulating rubbers which break ... Winter is approaching and for the moment the insulation is compromised.

L'installation a été faite en automne 2021. Après un hiver, nous retrouvons une couche de glace sur la base inférieure de toutes les fenêtres nouvellement installées. Nous n'avons jamais eu ce problème avec nos anciennes fenêtres auparavant. Nous avons communiqué avec la compagnie qui nous est jamais revenu. Nous n'avons eu aucune assistance de Fenplast malgré la garantie toujours en vigueur.
The installation was done in the fall of 2021. After a winter, we find a layer of ice on the lower base of all the newly installed windows. We have never had this problem with our old windows before. We contacted the company which never got back to us. We had no assistance from Fenplast despite the warranty still in force.

Excellent service après vente , il faut toutefois être patient (plusieurs mois …). Qualité des produits exceptionnels , on ne peut trouver rien de meilleur , au moins ils supportent bien leurs produits après la vente !
Excellent after-sales service, but you have to be patient (several months…). Exceptional product quality, nothing better can be found, at least they support their products well after the sale!

It took 4 months to get the remaining of my window screens installed. The product is good but the service is mediocre a lot of mistakes and confusion on orders.

Our windows were installed in 2007 by previous owners. So far the seals are intact and there is no moisture between the panes. They did an adequate job of staying warm in winter and cool in summer however, by 2016/17 all of the weather stripping was broken and crumbling. When I contacted the manufacturer through the email on thier website to ask where I could buy new weather stripping I was given bad customer service. This is the fourth house I have owned and the worst windows I have had.

It's the two years anniversary our window was installed. The window still works but are still VERY unhappy with what I consider to be very shady business practices by Fenplast, D&P Merchand. They sent an evaluator and gave us estimate for a window installation which we were happy with. On the day of installation the guys cut the whole in the siding and drilled into our house then told us we would have to pay 800$ extra because our walls were too thick. They said pay now or we leave. Sadly I paid. I sent an email to our contact and was basically told, 'tough luck'. I feel like a fool and like I was extorted. Still very unhappy and they will NEVER get business from me again.

This the worst company to deal with when it is time to replace or order new windows. The quality of the product doesn't reflect the claims and far from the standards. I am facing a leakage issue with my windows (paid 11000$). When I approached the post market department they decline to intervene and asked me to contact D&P Marchand (distributor). They argue that we left the windows open the whole summer. According to them Fenplast windows must be left open for long time as this results on windows adjustment failure. Yes, during summer my windows were opened during the day but closed during the night. No limitation was mentioned either prior to order the windows or within the content of the warranty. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!
