X	X_DRB_X on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le concierge avait une mauvaise attitude au moment de répondre à un appel de service . mots lourds , il a dit paroles lourds sans en respectant les gens et les enfants qui vous comprennent . l'homme était pas très sympathique et il n'été respectueuse pas dans ma maison. The concierge had a bad attitude when answering a service call. Heavy words, he said heavy words without respecting people and children who understand you. the man was not very friendly and he was not respectful in my house.
U	Un Pirate From Qc on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ infestation de fourmi charpentiere,après avoir trouver un immense nid cette été sur le toit il nous on jamais averti, resultat, 3 étage sur 4 infesté. bien sur à part faire quitter certain locataire, après s'être battu longtemps, rien n'est fait nous avons toujours des amis avec nous dans les logements. pour terminer c'est sans compter qu'aucune réparation n'est jamais fait, certain attendent depuis 3 ans deja. merci à cogir à leur concierge béte, hautaine et sans respect situez sur le boulevard johnny-parent carpenter ant infestation, after finding a huge nest this summer on the roof, he never warned us, result, 3 floors out of 4 were infested. of course apart from making certain tenants leave, after a long fight, nothing is done we still have friends with us in the apartments. to finish it is without taking into account that no repair is ever made, some have been waiting for 3 years already. thank you to cogir to their stupid, haughty and disrespectful concierge located on boulevard johnny-parent

De fait, celle qui s'occupe des visites n'avait aucun respect pour les locataires. Elle était désagréable comme ses deux pieds et n'avertissait pas pour les visites. De plus, ils sont prit avec des problèmes d'insectes partout dans leurs immeubles (poisson d'argents). Je ne vous conseille pas d’emménager......vraiment pas. Je suis bien contente d'être parti. Oh et j'oubliais, le voisinage n'est pas calme du tout. Seuls points positifs : piscine/intercom Worst customer service. Dirty building, we had no concierge for 6 months (lorretteville / Neufchatel). In fact, the one who takes care of the visits had no respect for the tenants. She was unpleasant like her two feet and did not warn about visits. Je regrette mon choix , sa fait une semaine que je suis emménager et j'ai eu plus de problème que tout mes précédent appartement ! L'administratrice ne devrait même pas s'occuper d'un si gros roulement (manque de compétence) !! Je déconseille au gens qui ce cherche un appartements ! I just moved and automatically problems! The administration is totally inadequate! Big big lack of professionalism! I regret my choice, it's been a week since I moved in and I had more problems than all my previous apartments! The administrator should not even take care of such a large turnover (lack of competence) !! I do not recommend to people who are looking for apartments!

Problème de chauffage. Je déconseille absolument. No service. no concierge. no repairs. odor problem in the apartment for more than 6 months. bottom sink repair which took 1 year to repair. Heating problem. I absolutely advise against it.

Il paraît qu'on viendra dans une semaine... - Les réparations ne se font pas. Ma visite fait pipi la porte ouverte. Une chance que le concierge/administrateur est sympathique, même si il est complètement débordé! Incroyable manque de professionnalisme de la part de cette compagnie. I called to get information for a rental at 8 p.m. on a Wednesday OK, it's not that late... I've never been so hurt to answer! Incredible lack of professionalism on the part of this company.

Missing intercom system for close to two weeks now, no longer have a janitor and trash/recycling are already piled up. No responses to any e-mails I've sent. Not sure what happened to the previous caretaker/janitor we had (Danny) but it only looks like it's gonna go downhill from here.
