★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai toujours adoré ce magasin mais mes 2 dernières visites méritent que je poste un avis 5 étoiles. En décembre, on m'avait installée confortablement dans une chaise berçante dans un coin du magasin pour que je puisse allaiter mon bébé tranquillement. Ce qui aurait pu être un moment d'angoisse voire une course contre la montre, s'est transformée en un moment agréable au son des musiques de Noël qui mettaient une ambiance festive et douce. Aujourd'hui, alors que je tentais une sortie avec mes 2 filles pour la première fois, on a proposé à ma fille ainée de jouer avec les petits jeux au centre du magasin pour que je puisse faire mes achats tranquillement. En plus, on lui a offert un petit tattoo à la caisse, elle était ravie! On a toutes les 2 passé un bon moment, et j'ai acheté plus que ce que j'avais prévu parce que j'avais temps de flâner et que j'étais détendue. En plus, il y a toujours de nouvelles choses à decouvrir dans cetteboutique, casent bon, et c'est bien rangé! Enfin une équipe qui a compris l'importance de l'expérience client! Bravo et merci!
I've always loved this store but my last 2 visits deserve I post a review 5 stars. In December, we had settled down comfortably in a rocking chair in a corner of the store so I could breastfeed my baby quietly. What could have been a moment of anguish or a race against time, turned into a pleasant time to the sound of Christmas music that put a festive and sweet atmosphere. Today, as I tried an outing with my 2 daughters for the first time, it was proposed to my oldest daughter to play with the little games in the center of the store so I can do my shopping quietly. In addition, he was offered a small tattoo on the body, she was thrilled! There is every 2 had a great time, and I bought more than I had expected because I had time to wander and I was relaxed. In addition, there are always new things to discover in cetteboutique, stuck good, and that's neat! Finally a team that understood the importance of the customer experience! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered an item online for delivery. The item was shipped via Purolator and according to Purolator was left at my front door. Unfortunately, no package was received. I contacted Charlotte and Charlie and they indicated I should open a claim with Purolator. But I did not purchase an item with Purolator and I believe it is the store's responsibility to open a claim or reimburse my purchase. The store offered a $10 credit on my next purchase. I won't be making another purchase as I cannot guarantee I will ever receive the item
