Ceux-ci ont entrepris il y a quelques temps des travaux dans les logements du bloc appartements. Les gars arrivent le matin sans avertissement à 7h. Ils chamboulent tout nos meubles nous mettant presque dehors. Exemple: j'écoutais paisiblement la télévision pendant l'exécution des travaux. Un de leurs employés a éteindu la télévision puis tassé le meuble sans même me le demander ou s'excuser. Un autre me dit qu'il faut tasser le divant sur lequel je suis assis. Je vais à la cuisine pour me faire à déjeuner, ma cuisinière est inaccessible car ils ont mis pleins de choses devant dont ma table que je ne pouvais même plus m'assoir tellement il y avait des choses dessus. Je quitte pour le travail et revient le soir, je ne reconnais plus mon logement! Plancher ultra sale, meubles déplacer dans le centre de chaque pièce. Des choses ont aussi été mises sur les lits et le divan. Impossible d'avoir accès à ma cuisine car le frigo ainsi que la laveuse et sécheuse ont été mis devant le comptoir et la cuisinière. Les rideaux et stores ont été enlevés et mes meubles ont été pris comme rangement pour mettres leurs outils et matériaux.
Sérieusement si c'est de même qui travaille, j'ose pas voir leurs autres logements. Heureusement je ne suis plus avec eux.
Zero respect towards their tenant customers.
They undertook some time ago work in the housing of the apartment block. The guys arrive in the morning without warning at 7 a.m. They mess up all our furniture, almost putting us outside. Example: I was quietly listening to television while the work was being done. One of their employees turned off the television and then packed down the furniture without even asking me or apologizing. Another tells me that we must tamp the divant on which I am sitting. I go to the kitchen to make myself lunch, my cook is inaccessible because they put lots of things in front of my table that I could not even sit down because there were so many things on it. I leave for work and come back in the evening, I no longer recognize my accommodation! Ultra dirty floors, furniture move in the center of each room. Things were also put on the beds and the sofa. Impossible to have access to my kitchen because the fridge as well as the washer and dryer were placed in front of the counter and the stove. The curtains and blinds were removed and my furniture was taken as storage to put their tools and materials.
Seriously if it's the same who works, I dare not see their other accommodations. Fortunately, I am no longer with them.

En juin, ils ont entrepris des travaux dans notre logement visant à améliorer le système de chauffage à l'huile et de le rendre plus moderne et conforme par un système électrique. Déjà, ma première idée fut faite avec ça. Pourquoi changer un système de chauffage fonctionnel par un électrique si ce n'est que pour nous facturer le chauffage.
C'est à ce moment que le cauchemar commence. Leurs hommes sont débarqués à l'improviste le matin vers 8h00 et ont tout démolis de l'ancien chauffage. J'avais de la poussière partout et des trous dans les murs. Un mois plus tard ce fut les fenêtres. Il y avait encore de la poussière partout et même des morceaux de verres. Ils ont grafignés les murs et même brisé la céramique du bain.
Nous sommes rendu presque en octobre et je n'ai plus de nouvelles d'eux depuis 2 mois. J'ai du plâtre et ses trous sur les murs, puis le chauffage n'est même pas installé. Depuis quelques semaines, le soir la température baisse à 16 degrés et hier à 14 dans mon appartement. Impossible de les rejoindres que ce soit par téléphone où courriel. Je tombe soit sur la bête vocale et je n'ai aucun retour de message.
Ne prenez jamais un logement chez eux!
I have only recently been with Alto Immobilier. In June, they started work in our home to improve the oil heating system and make it more modern and compliant with an electrical system. Already, my first idea was made with this. Why change a functional heating system to an electric one if it is only to bill us for heating.
This is when the nightmare begins. Their men disembarked unexpectedly in the morning around 8:00 am and demolished everything from the old heating. I had dust everywhere and holes in the walls. A month later it was the windows. There was still dust everywhere and even pieces of glass. They scratched the walls and even smashed the ceramic in the bath.
We are almost in October and I have not heard from them for 2 months. I have plaster and its holes on the walls, then the heater is not even installed. For the past few weeks, the temperature has dropped to 16 degrees in the evening and yesterday to 14 in my apartment. Unable to reach them either by phone or email. I either fall on the vocal beast and I have no return message.
Never take accommodation with them!
