Hello, I would like to thank Mrs. Caroline Rousseau for her excellent service. I'm from Saguenay and I was a little desperate. This wonderful person immediately reassured me. She provides exemplary service. It's amazing how fast and professional the return call is. She was attentive to all our needs and thanks to all her dedication. My boy is going to be fine. Je prends rendez-vous pour visiter un logement et on m'en propose un autre qui n'a rien à voir. Alors que tout était claire dans mes messages. Apparemment l'agent immobilier avait mal compris. Ça n'est pas serieux! je lui avais envoyé un lien de son site avec l'appartement que je voulais.
Ils ne prennent pas le temps de comprendre ce que vous souhaitez, ils veulent juste remplir leurs logements.
En plus, lorsque que je lui dit que ça n'était pas le logement convenu, il me raconte que celui que je voulais vient d'être louer. Ça plusieurs jours et l'annonce est toujours sur le site web...
Not reliable at all!
I make an appointment to visit an accommodation and I am offered another one that has nothing to do with it. While everything was clear in my messages. Apparently the real estate agent misunderstood. It's not serious! I had sent him a link to his site with the apartment I wanted.
They don't take the time to understand what you want, they just want to fill their accommodations.
In addition, when I told him that it was not the agreed accommodation, he tells me that the one I wanted has just been rented. It's been several days and the ad is still on the website...

However, the administration refused my lease demand on the basis of having a file with La Regie Du Logement - back in 2016 - which I communicated to them prior to signing the lease.
They initially did not let me know the cause of refusal, it was a short & cold message.
I offered to pay 3 months in advance, a cosigner, & a copy of my 2020 tax documents for proof of income as I am self-employed.
They claimed my file is not suitable.
Their decision is unreasonable & unnecessarily strict.
Otherwise, the apartments for rent in Quebec under this agency, Société immobilière Bélanger, are wonderful in terms of quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I decided to move to Quebec City from Toronto and I couldn't believe how easy this agency made it for me. They contacted me back within hours of my message to them. Professional service and staff - who SPEAK english which was amazing. I couldn't be happier about how easy this whole process was.l was able to find my dream apartment within a day thanks to them!
Also speaking of the apartment - modern, incredibly taken care of, SPOTLESS clean when I arrived. They really did think of everything I would need when I moved in.
Anyways - I'd give them 10 stars if I could. HUGE special thank you to Yannick who is amazing and helped me with everything (bonus points cause he also speaks English!)
