★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 an de bail au Place Belmont avec Gestion Laberge. Dans les premiers jours un homme (le concierge ou le conjoint de la concierge) rentre chez moi à l’aide de la clé ! Appeurée, j’attend de voir qui va se retrouver derrière la porte car j’avais laissé une double de clé à mes parents. Je vois cet inconnu vouloir rentrer chez moi et la, il me voit, s’excuse, recule et ferme la porte. Deuxième fait, jetait à mon cours et j’avais de la visite de ma cousine ce jour-là. Elle m’appelle en stresse et me dit « il y a quelqu’un qui est venu chez toi. Est ce que t’attendais du monde? » Je n’attendais vraiment personne. J’appelle mon concierge pour voir si c’etait eux, et c’etait bien eux qui, encore sont rentrer chez moi sans aucun avertissement sans mon consentement. Ils ont répondu que c’était une erreur. Je crois qu’il est temps que ce couple aillent prendre leur retraite. La régie du logement est allé jusqu’à me conseiller que j’appelle la police la prochaine fois que cela allait arrivé. Aujourd’hui, je dois remettre mes clés d’appartement et ma concierge, toujours la même, me dit : « t’est mieux d’apporter les clés aujourd’hui » Pour moi, ça ressemble beaucoup à une menace. Place Belmont offre un service impeccable je vous le conseil !!
