C’était la meilleure expérience d’appartement et c’est tout grâce à la gestion et l’attention aux locataires comme moi. Je me sentais en sécurité et à l’écoute si jamais j’avais un besoin.

I rented my first apartment with the gestipro company and I met the manager and owner Frédéric Tremblay. It was the best apartment experience and it's all thanks to the management and attention to tenants like me. I felt safe and available if I ever had a need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La pire expérience de ma vie avec cette compagnie. Il y a des mois et des mois que je ne peux pas dormir dans mon appartement à cause des bruits des tuyaux de chauffage. J'ai écrit plusieurs message concernant mon problème et de l'insomnie que je souffre, personne ne prend soin. La compagnie prend le loyer et ne fait rien pour le bonheur de ses locataires. J'espère que le tribunal administratif de logement tranchera sur ce problème! Zéro étoile! Zéro responsabilité!
The worst experience of my life with this company. I haven't been able to sleep in my apartment for months and months because of the noise from the heating pipes. I wrote several message regarding my problem and the insomnia that I suffer from, no one cares. The company takes the rent and does nothing for the happiness of its tenants. I hope that the administrative housing tribunal will decide on this problem! Zero stars! Zero liability!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Société de gestion très agréable au début pour les signatures, mais sont uniquement là pour encaisser votre argent. Notre gestionnaire était de très mauvaise fois, lors de problème signalé dans l'appartement. Notre renouvellement de bail avait été transmis par courriel alors qu'auparavant nous avions un courrier postal, lors du refus de renouvellement, on nous a répondu que le courrier postal était arrivé dans leur bureau 1 jour après la date légale, sachant que le courrier avait été envoyé 12 jours avant la date légale (preuve à l'appui), et donc ils nous on contraint à renouveler avec une augmentation (nous ne savions pas qu'on pouvait le refuser; donc nous étions des clients/pigeons parfaits). En 1 an et demi, le loyer a augmenté de 810$ à 895$.
Nous avons donc décidé de céder notre bail, l'enquête de crédit était à nos frais 150$. De même que l'ancienne locataire avait dû payer à ses frais une enquête de crédit qui n'a même pas été faite puisque nous n'avions pas de compte bancaire canadien. Des visites ont été faite dans notre appartement par le gestionnaire, nous n'étions pas toujours avisé, ou parfois les horaires ne correspondait pas, une réelle intrusion et un gros manque de professionnalisme. Une entreprise de gestion oui mais financière, pas immobilière.
Management company very nice at first for signatures, but are only there to collect your money. Our manager was having a very bad time, when there was a problem reported in the apartment. Our lease renewal had been sent by email whereas previously we had a postal mail, when the renewal was refused, we were told that the postal mail had arrived in their office 1 day after the legal date, knowing that the mail had was sent 12 days before the legal date (supporting proof), and therefore they forced us to renew with an increase (we did not know that we could refuse it; therefore we were perfect customers/pigeons). In a year and a half, the rent has increased from $810 to $895.
We therefore decided to assign our lease, the credit investigation was at our expense $150. Just as the former tenant had to pay at his own expense for a credit check which was not even done since we did not have a Canadian bank account. Visits were made to our apartment by the manager, we were not always notified, or sometimes the schedules did not correspond, a real intrusion and a big lack of professionalism. A management company yes but financial, not real estate.

La direction n’a aucune ethniques et je suis fortement étonné de leurs impunités. Une fois que le contrat a été signé, attendez vous au pire. Ils rentrent chez vous sans avis par exemple. J’ai des preuves. Ils se sont excusés mais c’était avec un sourire en coin. Le jour où vous allez quitter l’ appart, soyez prêt car là c est quand les histoires commencent. A éviter

They asked me to give them a good review on Google but I regret to say that I am unable to do so and I refuse to lie to readers and future tenants. The management has no ethnicity and I am greatly surprised at their impunity. Once the contract has been signed, expect the worst. They come home without notice, for example. I have proof. They apologized but it was with a smirk. The day you are going to leave the apartment, be ready because that is when the stories begin. To avoid

Stéphane l'a réalisée avec professionnalisme et un soin aux détails. Alain, le peintre, a également fait de l'excellent travail. Nous avons reconduit notre bail!
We have been tenants for 6 months at Gestipro and we are very happy with the care they provide to their accommodation. They remodeled our bathroom with taste. Stéphane carried it out with professionalism and attention to detail. Alain, the painter, also did a great job. We have renewed our lease!

Frederic you did not even give me a call to discuss further. You did not even hear my full information and my side of things. I understand I have no rental history but you made it in a way that it sounded like I already got the place.
Already signed and requested many documents. provided all documents but this was not enough.
Borderline 700 credit score, how come you did not offer that I pay a deposit in advance or anything of that sorts. Money is not a concern for me with a credit card history of over 15 years and no missed payments.
Thanks for making my experience of trying to immigrate to Quebec a bad one.
I do not recommend going with this company especially as a first time renter.
Low key I believe I was discriminated against since I am not fluent in French and who knows what else.
