★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ça fait un mois que j'ai contacté cette clinique pour avoir un rendez-vous et je n'en n'ai toujours pas un mois plus tard. J'étais à un moment où j'avais besoin d'aide, et je n'ai pas reçu le service souhaité. Très très décevant. Retour par courriel très long. On m'a proposé un rendez-vous après plusieurs semaines, j'ai répondu au courriel pour mentionner mon intérêt et je n'ai jamais eu de retour!! je ne sais pas comment c'est possible d'avoir un rendez-vous avec cette clinique. Et quand on appelle à la clinique, ça dit qu'aucun rendez-vous ne se prend par téléphone. Ne soyez pas pressé si vous communiquez avec cette clinique, vous risquez d'être déçu!
It's been a month since I contacted this clinic for an appointment and I still don't have one a month later. I was at a time when I needed help, and I did not receive the service I wanted. Very very disappointing. Very long email return. I was offered an appointment after several weeks, I responded to the email to mention my interest and never heard back !! I don't know how it's possible to have an appointment with this clinic. And when you call the clinic, it says that no appointment can be made by phone. Do not be in a hurry if you contact this clinic, you may be disappointed!

J'ai souvent fait affaire avec eux et même référé à cette clinique depuis 2009 et je n'ai jamais été déçue. La santé mentale est un enjeux individuelle que tous et chacun a ou aura à affronté dans sa vie. L'accompagnement qu'offre la clinique de psychologie Qc de par sa grande expertise et pour la diversité des services est de loin ma référence par excellence ! Wow! Rarely have I seen such a complete and competent team, whatever the needs. I have often dealt with them and even referred to this clinic since 2009 and I have never been disappointed. Mental health is an individual issue that everyone has or will have to face in his life. The support offered by the Qc psychology clinic through its great expertise and the diversity of services is by far my reference par excellence! Thank you for helping us take care of us!

J’ai eu par le passé beaucoup de difficulté à trouver un service à la hauteur de mes attentes et lorsque j’ai été mise en contact avec la clinique, je ne l’ai pas regretté. Ayant déménagé à quelques heures de Québec, j’ai tout de même choisie de reprendre avec eux (en ligne) car je sais que les résultats sont au rendez-vous. J’ai plusieurs gens de mon entourage qui ont aussi fait affaires avec eux et tous m’ont remercier de leur avoir référée la clinique.
I highly recommend the clinic and its professionals. I have had great difficulty in the past in finding a service that meets my expectations and when I was put in contact with the clinic, I did not regret it. Having moved a few hours from Quebec, I still chose to resume with them (online) because I know the results are there. I have several people around me who have done business with them as well and all of them thank me for referring them to the clinic.

I recently moved to Quebec City and quickly realized after reaching out to different clinics that COVID made it very hard to have access to psychotherapy services without facing months of wait listing. Everyone around gave me a 6 months to a year delay for a neuropsychology evaluation, whereas I was able to get an appointment and full evaluation with Dr Nayebi within two months. He went above and beyond and my experience was so positive, I decided to follow through within the same clinic for therapy. The availability of the professionals as well as the variety of locations just adds to the top notch service all around. Thank you so much, as your stellar services greatly ease the process of seeking help during mental health distress !
