★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ne venez pas ici. Les commentaires à propos que tu essaies de rejoindre l'administration quand tu deviens locataire est vrai. Il font exprès de ne pas te rejoindre. Éviter cette place à tous prix. Il ne pense qu'à l'argent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avons fais faire des rénos dans l'appartement, et très déçues. Ils ont changé de la céramique dans la cuisine, quelques mois après elle a encore craqué, la tuilees esmal posée et le coulis qui embarque par dessus les tuiles. Je leur ai fais changer la clanche de la toilette 3-4 fois car elle reste toujours jammée. Ils ont changé nos portes et elles ont mal été coupées. Ils nous ont augmenté d'environ 100$ en 3 ans, donc 35$ cette année. Ca vaut clairement pas ce prix. J'appelle à l'administration et les deux filles sont bêtes, dont une qui se mêle dans sa réponse et hausse le ton au téléphone. Bref une chance que c'est un beau coin...
We had renovations done in the apartment, and very disappointed. They changed the ceramic in the kitchen, a few months later it cracked again, the tiles are badly laid and the grout that gets on top of the tiles. I had them change the toilet clanche 3-4 times because it always jams. They changed our doors and they were cut wrong. They increased us by about $100 in 3 years, so $35 this year. Clearly not worth the price. I call the administration and the two girls are silly, one of whom gets mixed up in her answer and raises her voice on the phone. In short, a chance that it is a beautiful corner...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Concierge 5 étoiles. Pour le reste, on sent qu’on dérange quand on appelle l’administration, on trouble décidément la journée tranquille des dames de bureau. Mais le concierge lui, il est A1. Le meilleur que j’ai eu. Raisonnable patient et polie.
5 star concierge. For the rest, we feel that we are disturbing when we call the administration, we are definitely disturbing the quiet day of the office ladies. But the concierge is A1. The best I've had. Reasonable patient and polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Une étoile pcq zéro existe pas. Nous voulions sous louer un appartement. 250$ plus pauvre. 8 jours pour. Enquête de crédit aucun appel de retour pour nous donner la réponses nous avons dû passer par le locataire pour avoir enfin une réponse. Pour se faire dire que 7 ans au même endroit était pas suffisant pour louer chez eux et le pire c'est que nous avions un endosseur au cas où Quand nous sommes allés porter les papiers. La première question a été avez vous l'argent. Vérification des papiers faites sur le bord du comptoir sans merci ni bonjour. Finalement nous sommes très heureux de la réponse négative.
A star pcq zero does not exist. We wanted to sublet an apartment. $250 poorer. 8 days for. Credit inquiry no call back to give us the answers we had to go through the tenant to finally get an answer. To be told that 7 years in the same place was not enough to rent from them and the worst thing was that we had an endorser in case When we went to carry the papers.
