★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Franchement, une étoile c'est encore trop pour bien evaluer le service a la clientéle de cette entreprise.
Après 3 ans a endurer un si mauvais service, une opportunité s'est enfin ouverte. Il y a maintenant un autre fournisseur qui est en mesure de nous desservir.
Ne retournent pas les appels, n'envoient pas de technicien même après nous avoir dit qu'ils le feraient....oubliez cette entreprise si vous avez d'autre choix.
Frankly, one star is still too much to properly assess the customer service of this company.
After 3 years of enduring such poor service, an opportunity has finally opened. There is now another supplier who can serve us.
Do not return calls, do not send technicians even after telling us they would .... forget about this company if you have any other choice.

THIS type of company should not even exist you tab and you are unable to connect it is not a company which my amazed I am at the camping border enchanted and there is a cr .... of gang who are frustrated with this product

La connexion ne fonctionne pad sur mon terrain, j’ai appelé à leurs bureau plusieurs fois et je dois toujours laisser un message mais jamais personne ne retourne mes appels.
Je viens de signaler cette compagnie comme frauduleuse.
I paid for a WiFi subscription at the campsite.
The connection does not work on my property, I have called their office several times and I always have to leave a message but no one ever returns my calls.
I just reported this company as fraudulent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tous jours des problèmes de réseau. Internet non fonctionnel le moitié du temps. Vraiment cher pour le service qu’ils on la capacité de offrir. Vraiment moche qu’ils sont le SEUL OPTION DANS NOTRE RÉGION!!
Daily network problems. Internet not working half the time. Really expensive for the service they have the capacity to offer. Really ugly they are the ONLY OPTION IN OUR AREA!!
