Suite à une visite en magasin concernant une problématique sur mon téléphone, je tiens à vous remercier pour le service exemplaire reçu! Dès mon entrée, un conseiller m’as salué pour faire place à une approche très amical, mais professionnelle. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think the residents and i on our road should have access to blazing speeds.Here’s the Thing we can’t do that when there is no fibre cable or cable internet on our road.I think our road should get it because homeschool for first of all second for gaming(my kids) and 3rd zoom/Microsoft teams. We have xplornet (satellite internet) right now and we pay for 25 mbps of download speed and 1 upload speed,and it’s a scam we only get 3.09 mbps download speed and 1 upload speed .we have been without good internet for 6 years because we never got a cable and me and my neighbours have been complaining of how terrible the internet is but no one has ever done anything about it and that’s why I think you guys should install a cable coax/ or fiber optic cable on our road.
I really want this to be done soon because I can’t even load a YouTube video without waiting for five minutes. Please come to our road, fast we need good internet service. We’ve even considered moving because of how bad the internet is.
Also if you email them they’ll just take your phone number and spam call you for cell phone service instead of actually talk to you about what they can do. I also find it extremely embarrassing how they say” our service will be better” even though it never gets better.

Unfortunately nothing but a headache from day one, promised certain prices which are yet to be respected and I have to call every month for an adjustment.
4 months later I called to request a case be opened and they said they'll listen to the recording and get back to me 2-10 business days, 3 months go by and no response and I've Called a few times to see if there's an update.
Also I called once when I had 1 day left till my data resets (I had used up 100%) and asked if there was any way they can help, the rep said she'll grant me 1 gig for free for this time only. And the next day I received an email saying my plan has been upgraded from 15 gigs a month to 25 month, costing me 15$ per month..
Sorry bell, switching back to Rogers
