★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service à la clientèle nul. Aucune aide, aucun intérêt à offrir un service et chercher un forfait intéressant. Vraiment décevant moi qui voulait aller avec Rogers, ils n’ont fait aucun effort, la personne a sortie un prix et c’était ça. Aucun amabilité, aucun intérêt pour le client.
Lousy customer service. No help, no interest in offering a service and looking for an attractive package. Really disappointing me who wanted to go with Rogers, they made no effort, the person pulled out an award and that was it. No friendliness, no interest for the client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. Take calls right infront of you while they serve you. Managers are never around. Employees are rude and sarcastic. Don't know what professionalism means and have poor product knowledge.
Go to another company. Don't waste your time because they don't value yours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. Only 1 person working, and flirting with lady ahead of the line up, instead of helping her out. We waited in a line of 3 for 1 hour, before he even looks at us.
We were 2nd in line.
DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE. Drive to Vaudreuil instead.
