Friday July 9th around noon, we went into the bell store in Parry sound. Two young women were working, i unfortunately forgot to ask their names, but I want you to know, they were exceptional! I went in to get a turbo hub working. I honestly was not expecting it to be a good experience after having done the on-line chat and then phoning bell for assistance and getting told that someone would call me back (they never did), but i needed to get my internet back working. I went in and explained the problem, and it was so easy. They were both just amazingly helpful. It nearly restored my faith in Bell.

Visiting my folks. They are paying a mint for Bell's 5G internet. This is what they're getting (with a 55 second wait-to-connect with each data request). Plus when I voice call back into Ontario from abroad it often takes 3 or more tries to get a circuit that doesn't sound like a reject from the 60's. Bell has neglected their infrastructure to reap profits. I dumped all my Bell stock yesterday

My grandmother came in today and was so happy with her experience with Ashley she wanted me to say That she is a wonderful sales lady very professional speaking and so helpful with every aspect of the sale today and being patient and kind and listened so Intentively and spoke in terms my grandmother would understand. I hope to see her when I come in for my products next week. 10/10

We purchased a business with Bell services and I can argue to the fact that Bell is the worst telecommunications company in Canada. They charge three times the price for there business services which cannot even compete with the basic level entry packages from their competitors. Their technical support are untrained or do not have the privileges to help with resetting a password as there customer service web and app portals are always down. Each department is useless and are only capable of bouncing customers around to other people from different departments because they don't have the ability to process anything besides billing. This company deserved to go out of business more than eighteen years ago after we closed our residential accounts as these guys kept raising our bill three dollars every four months were we where paying more than for thirty dollars over what Rogers was selling for the same service. I am glad that within two weeks we will be rid of this company, and I hope the rest of the bell customer base realizes that they can get better service with a cheaper bill by ditching this company.

Today Ashley and Nate worked as an awesome team Nate was awesome hooking my new phone up applying screen protected and Ashley spent the time to help me learn the ins and out after my complicated apple issue and helped me transfer my photos and provide me the best care and took her time to see it was done correctly!!!!!!! I recommend you see one of these two in the parry sound location they had me smiling the whole time even when it was not working out they didn’t let me leave let down or unhappy. Made it an early learning, they definitely know their stuff!
