★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very impressed with the service I received, and their offices were not at all the retail outlet/service counter experience I was expecting! I sat down one on one with Dave, the service manager, and he even offered me a coffee while they repaired my phone. While I was there, I treated myself to a new military certified case for my phone, so hopefully I will not have to have it repaired again anytime soon.
I was in and out in about an our and ten minutes, and my phone looks and feels like brand new again! I Highly recommend iBroke over any of the mall phone repair places! Thank you Paul and Dave!

I am on the road all the time, and don't have time to drive downtown to get my phone fixed, so the mail-in service was perfect for me, and the turn around time was awesome! Thank you so very much. I'd give you 10 stars if they would let me.

I received my phone back about three days later, it was fixed and working as good as new. The service was excellent, the price was fair, and I'm very happy how quickly they sent my phone back to me. The entire process was quite simple. I have no problems recommending iBroke's services to others. Thank you very much for the quick turn around and a job well done. I am 150% satisfied.
