S	Sonia Akz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unhelpful experience when you leave messages on the store voicemail that are not checked or answered. Then when you call during the day no one answers the phone. They tell you that you might place an order online but if someone walks into the store and buys your item, your order will be canceled eventually. I lost out on a discontinued stroller I drove 2 hours to purchase because someone phoned and put it on hold a few hours before I arrived. Even though the item sat in my cart and I could have placed my order at any time. Had the staff checked voicemails at the start of the shift and phoned me back they would have known I was coming to buy that stroller. Leaving messages unanswered and taking phone calls for holds during the day is unacceptable and unfair. I was told I should of "kept trying to call" thats unacceptable. Also, i did call twice and no on answered...this isn't a radio contest I am paying for products. Why do you even have a voicemail option if you don't check the messages as you receive them? Terrible service. I was going to purchase a different stroller in a alternative colour but decided to give my money elsewhere since those other options were readily available at other baby gear stores. This stockyards sungglebugz location didn't deserve my $2000 purchase at that point with their lousy costumer service and poor organization. Staff need to be more organized. No excuse for not checking voicemails at the BEGINNING of your shift. Standard procedure at any organization and common courtesy.

Manager has not been in since Wednesday, and staff today said 'she should be in and can help Thursday, but maybe not in, we don't know.' Staff same very confused because they have no support from management, and customer service is refusing to help as well

It was clear that she's an expert. She took the time to go over our needs and all of our questions. We feel confident in all of our purchases. This came as a surprise compared to what we experienced at other baby stores that we've been to in the past. We'll definitely be back!

Super knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating and made the experience so pleasant and easy (especially for first time parents)! Would recommend her and this location (not so much the Etobicoke one though) to anyone and everyone!

She made the exchange seamless and had tips for all of the issues I had. I had a lot of questions that I felt comfortable bringing up. Her superb customer service had me wanting to purchase more and support such a great store and staff. I ended up looking around for what I could stock up on and she had great product suggestions. I would highly recommend this location because of Felisha and I wouldn't want to go anywhere but here. Thanks Felisha for making the day brighter for us sleep deprived new parents
O	Olivia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the glasses shop to get a mask so I could go into shoeless joes, I was rushing so I forgot to get a mask. The women at the front desk handed me a mask and this other women who worked there didn’t want me to have the mask BECUASE I hadn’t looked at her products or bought anything. I’m 15 how am I going to afford glasses. Anyways I went to this store and they offered me a mask right at the front door and handed me an extra one. Thank you for being nice. bless y’all
