I say friend because when you walk in you're not a customer you arefriend to the business. First time having major dentistry today and just so gentle I actually fell asleep during the procedure. Dr. Yiu explained everything very clearly and answered all my questions patiently and with a friendly, approachable manner. He made sure I was in as little pain as possible and understand how to best take care of my teeth during recovery. I also really appreciated Nicole's kind care when cleaning and checking on my teeth, she did not make me feel guilty for possibly less-than-ideal brushing history. Thanks to the whole Smyl team! I would definitely recommend them.
