Does an incredible rotation of flavours, all of which are bright, creative, and taste amazing. The issue with Isabella's is not the product, it's the business itself. 1. Several times I have gone during hours of operation and been told that NO product has been delivered, so there is nothing to purchase. 2. More importantly, despite having a relatively large storefront, big enough to fit at least a few small tables, the business remains shabby & unfurnished. While this may have been acceptable during the pandemic, it now looks odd and is uncomfortable to not have a place to be able to enjoy their delicious donuts in the shop. It's additionally irritating because I know from being in the restaurant business myself this is most likely a result of cutting corners/avoid additional costs operating a dine-in restaurant involves (ex., installing washrooms). Despite a great product, I'll most likely be taking my business to the dozen other places in Koreatown that offer a seat with my food & drink.

Love the chewy and soft mochi donuts!!!! I stopped by on a Saturday afternoon a couple weeks ago. The store was not busy and I had a sweet little chat with the lady. The shop is dustless clean and the donuts are super fresh. Please be polite if they run out the flavour you wanted the most for the the day because they are freshly made. Just choose another one (sure it'd be great too) or come by another time :) Had a matcha one and a sesame one. Both of them were DELISH! They were not too sweet like the "American" style donuts which is awesome. They are also the most similar ones to the Japanese Mister Donut I've ever had in Toronto. (Grew up in Taiwan, I had A LOT of Mister Donut :D). If the glaze can be thinner but coated entirely, it might taste even better. 100% recommended!

I be tried other mocha donuts from Japan, Taipei, Shanghai, and the Bay Area, these seem a bit denser. I prefer a lighter texture. Just different than what I have had and what I preferred. And abit on the sweeter side. I know they are donuts and they should be sweet but just abit too sweet.

Tried mochi donuts for the first time today after walking past Isabella’s - so delicious! We got the 6-pack and each donut was uniquely tasty and beautifully created - these would be an amazing feature on any dessert spread. Love the chewy mochi texture. Fascinating take on the donuts you know and love!

One of a kind donuts; great for sharing! Staff here are very friendly. This location (Bloor) is also more spacious than the St. Patrick location. You don't have to wait outside. Their flavours change frequently, so be sure to check their flavour sheet posted on the glass. I love the mango mochi malasada!

I would rate these donuts a 4 or 5. I’m not sure what they’re supposed to taste like so I don’t know if the donut was lacking flavour or if I didn’t like it. The Nutella one was good once I got to the middle but i didn’t finish it because I found it was mostly dough. The plain glaze I got was alright. I also didn’t finish it because I didn’t get much flavour and felt like I was just eating plain dough. They had lots of flavours to choose from but I wanted to keep it simple. Based on other reviews, people really like the dough so I think me not liking it is just a personal preference and not a reflection of the quality.

The place was really new and I think they were only in their soft-opening phase. They had 1 staff and she was really nice. It got kinda busy but she was able to attend to everyone. I'm hoping they add more drink items but I'm definitely looking forward for when they finally open.

Love the light and chewy texture their donuts have but only when it's fresh. After a day, they don't taste that great. Some flavours taste more amazing than others. I do always somehow end up getting a half dozen box whenever I visit.
