★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Julie is absolutely fantastic and I highly recommend her.
Waxing with her is an absolute breeze. The whole process is extremely clean and painless. She also takes the time to go through and tweeze any excess hair so you leave smooth! She even took care of any ingrown hair I had to make sure they were extracted safely.
I have only done one facial with her and instead of paying more for a treatment, she suggested the lower priced one because my skin isn't as bad as I thought. Can't wait to come back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an extremely relaxing experience here for the purifying facial. I legit fall asleep twice in the 90min process! Julie had a very calm demeanor and was super gentle. My previous experiences with extractions were absolutely terrible in comparison to here. She managed to get the job done but I didn't walk out with a bunch of redness due to both her quick work and the products used. Echoing other reviewers' comments, I too was recommended a treatment cheaper than what I had booked. Highly recommend and will be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is AMAZING! Julia is so kind, supportive, and is a clear understanding of skin treatment/care. She was right able to see my skin was thin from one glace and gave me so much advise. The service was very professional, and I felt safe at the clinic in this pandemic. Her prices are very reasonable and affordable. It was worth the 1 hour trip to Toronto. She offered me samples and was never pushy to get me to pay more. I would recommend her 100%! I will def be going again soon. Thanks Julia!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is on a 1st floor with a straight staircase leading to the door.
They have Julie's Estetics (see photo of the poster listing the services) and a separate treatment room for Elizabeth who is a registered massage therapist who is also doing acupuncture. Elizabeth is very experienced and knowledgeable.
The location is pleasant and clean and they have a customers' washroom.
Someone who can not walk up/down stairs would not be able to get there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok so obviously getting waxed is never fun, but Julia was fast and fun to talk to which helped pass the painful time! The room was really spacious and comfortable and I noticed she uses Dermalogica products for facials, which is a brand I really like. I will have to try one of those on a future visit! Thanks, Julia!
