I	Ivana Velickovic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been going to a couple of City Dental locations for a couple of years now. They’ve always been prompt and on time, and very friendly. The dentists take time to explain what they’re doing and make you feel very comfortable.
A	Andrii Ya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors are inexperienced and unprofessional. I couldn’t trust them. Quality of work is bad, I had a sensitive area covered on the side of a tooth - the girl made it pointy and sticking out like a tubercle where it should be flat (like it was done on a tooth close to this one). Recommend a toothpaste that caused grey stains appear on my teeth. When asked she didn’t know what it was, said it must be genetic. 20 minutes of google research showed that toothpaste contained stannous fluoride, its common side effect is staining teeth. How can a doctor not know that about one of the most common ingredients for dental care? Finally, they don’t stick to appointments. First I booked check up and cleaning, when arrived they said the doctor is not in and I had to book another appointment. Then they kept calling asking if I could reschedule. At times when I refused, different doctor showed up, I was treated by 3 different doctors, all of which had questionable skills/qualifications, yet kept trying to sell me something from their sponsors. All in all, if you want to save your nerves and your teeth, choose some other clinic. P.s. I wouldn’t be trusting the reviews here, they are too good to be true.

I had an issue that finally forced me to follow up with a dentist. Dr Wu, Maryanne and Mohan were lovely and they made me feel very comfortable - even though I haven’t been to the dentist for several years, there was no judgement, no guilt, just support and positivity.
J	Josh Gaudreault on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had one root canal and a few fillings done there, they were done well but it was still not a good experience due to a lack of communication and transparency. For example, during one of my cleaning appointments, the dentist did not mention anything about needing fillings and said everything looked good, but when I was about to go out, the receptionist told me I needed to book appointments for 2 fillings. I was really confused as the dentist said nothing about that and I had no idea which teeth were affected, etc. Overall, the dentist did not explain much of what he was doing and always tried to upsell other products and treatments that were not needed. Little things like these kept happening every time I went there. They also emailed me at the end of 2020 urging me to book appointments as they were claiming I still had insurance credit left and that I would lose it by the end of the year, but I had lost my job 6 months prior and I had no insurance. Maybe it was an honest mistake on their end but it was quite misleading. There were also times when fees were not well explained, or that I had to go back and pay because the insurance coverage had been miscalculated. I chose this clinic when I moved in the area because they had a promotion with OpenCare. I am satisfied with the treatments I got done there, but with how pushy they are and the lack of communication, I do not trust them with my dental health and decided to go elsewhere. Your health is worth more than a $100 Opencare credit.

Dentist appointments always made me anxious but dental assistant was very kind and professional she made things very smooth and easy for me. In addition very smooth experience at front desk.

I decided to go with City Dental when I moved to Toronto from BC and everyone at the office has always made me feel comfortable. They are all friendly and talk through what's happening and even show you what's going on in your mouth. My cavity was easy today and my dentist even offered not to do the freezing (she could tell I was nervous about having the needle). Love them!
