If you need to see a doctor in this regionοΌjust go to Dundas 165 Medical Care right across the street.The environment and nurses are much much much nicer thereοΌcant believe i spent 1h at that stupid clinic οΌ

β β β β β Dr Beshay was my family dr for over 10yrs!
For over 10yrs I would make an appt and wait 1.5hrs-2hrs to see her! On top of that, she only takes her patients from 9am-1pm by appointment so your whole work day is pretty much a write off.
They lost my bloodwork 2 times and didn't apologize!
I stressed to her for years that I had an issue with my leg and she kept telling me it was nothing and when I went to walk in and complained they sent me in for testing come to find out there actually was issues!
For those reasons I went to see walkins for almost 2 years and when I went back to her she told me she wasn't my Dr anymore! Gave me attitude and made me feel like we had NO relationship. Told me she doesn't care...I was HURT!
I would not recommend her!

β β β β β Dr. Sana Beshay is one of the few doctors who actually care about your well being. She takes the time to ask how Iβm doing and what I need. She attentive and she listens. That being said, I had to switch family doctors for a few reasons: regardless of my appointment time, I still had to wait over an hour sometimes, even when I was the first on the list in the morning. Sometimes, I make appointments in between work lunch breaks so I can just get a prescription renewal and the wait time can be over an hour long. The other thing is that her schedule is not adequate. I understand she has other commitments at the hospital but it doesnβt work for me personally. Every week, her availability changed.
If her schedule was more stable,
More available and less wait time, Iβd go back to her.
