These guys ripped me off. I put my credit card in To have four controllers repaired back in January. They charged my credit card for close to 200$ and never send a shipping box. They won’t return my calls or emails either. Currently Talking to the better business bureau about this fraudulent company.

"June 2018" if I could give it no stars I would. been trying to get my device fixed or returned and refunded for almost a year now. they miss every deadline and lied repeatedly. Avoid them like the plague Jan 1st 2021 So I'll give it an update, they did finally replace the system, after I review bombed all their social media, and spoofed my cell phone number "August of 2019" . However the system they sent worked well for about 2 months, and then the disc drive started to fail. I chose not to reach out. I would rather a broken paperweight then to use them again. They reached out today to ask me about this review. and I explain how they earned this review. I hope they have improved still can't recommend them

Was recommended to this service by a close friend. He had his PS3 fixed by the owner years ago back when he was working out of his own home. Fast forward to the present day and he has now turned it into a thriving business and for good reason. The service was excellent and extremely friendly. I ended up having a conversation about almost every current system out there and how it was fixed and the problems which are most frequently encountered. This just went to show how knowledgeable he is about every aspect of the services he provides. The repair was extremely fast and efficient taking less than 24 hours to complete. I was notified the second it was ready for pick up and the payment process was as smooth as it could possibly be. Would highly reccomend this service and will most definitely be using it again if any of my other systems encounter a problem. 5/5 STARS.

DO NOT GET ANYTHING REPAIRED HERE IT IS A SCAM!!! I sent my PS4 to get repaired over 8 MONTHS AGO and have still received nothing! I've called the store many many times and never get an answer. When I finally do get an answer they say they'll have to call me back once they talk to the shipping manager? They never call back...I even got in touch with the owner who informed me they can't find my PS4 for they lost it. Which I was okay with as long as they would send me a new one, which he said he would. And of course he never sent me anything or even got in touch with me. That was well over 3 months ago. I've been calling ever since and don't get a response ever. Just want to let other know so they don't have to deal with the same BS I had to go through. THIS REPAIR SHOP IS NOT WORTH THE TIME OR MONEY! GO ELSEWHERE! UPDATE- it is now August and still have not recieved anything. They have informed me they will get me a new PS4 and never actually send one!

One of the worst experiences I've ever had dealing with a company. Ineptitude on every level. Says they can repair PS4 controllers, so my brother and I sent in 2 controllers for repair that had drift issues. Both controllers in 1 box. Right off the bat, Fasttech gave us the wrong address to ship the controllers to. The package was returned to us by the postal service a week later. When Fasttech sent us the proper address, we sent them the controllers and used our own shipping box. They sat idle with zero communication for over 2 months. When we inquired, they said they can't actually fix the issue, so they were going to send us refurbished controllers instead. My controller specifically is console-limited, so I said send back it back to me and don't worry about replacing it. Fasttech decided to give us a replacement of the second controller, not even in the same color, and it came back to us incredibly dirty and smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. Because both controllers were in 1 box, the smell leached onto mine and now my controller also smells heavily of smoke. They said they would give me a refund for my limited controller, as no work had been done, and no replacement sent. When I finally contacted them inquiring about the status of my refund, they said "Management has said that the price of shipping your controllers back to you was the same as the quoted repair, so your refund was actually put towards that, because you didn't use one of our shipping boxes. The interesting thing to note was that when I received my controller back, I pressed the PS button on it, and it turned my PS4 on. Which means that the controller was never sync'd to another PS4, and likely never actually tested before they said "We can't fix it" Worst experience with any company ever. I would give 0* if I could. This is a poor excuse of a company, and they not only wasted my time, but returned to me my controller even more devalued than it was, failing at doing the repair they claim they can do.

On January 22nd, 2022, I placed an online order for a Playstation Five Motherboard and Paired Optical Drive. My credit card was charged instantly for the tyotral amount. I have attempted to call, email and or chat online with anyone from this company, and no response has been recieved. I have filed a fraud report with my local Police Department, and local Police for the location of this company. I have also filed a report with the BBB. I had to call me bank to stop payment \ refuse payment that was made on January 22nd. As of today, January 24th, 2022, I have not recevied any type of response from this company. I should have done my homework before hand, and would have discovered that there are several negative complaints about this so called company call Fasttech in Ontario.

On October 12, 2021 I ordered a replacement macbook pro battery from these guys. After receiving and installing it worked for about a month an then stopped charging at all. I contacted their customer service and spoke to a representative who promissed that he would speak to his manager and send a new battery. That never happend! I've been desparately trying to get hold of them and ask about the progress of sending the battery or to request a refund. I have written a number of emails without a response. PLEASE, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE GUYS! I wish there was an organization or an authority that could sue them.
