★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Solon Guzman and his staff. My daughter was very anxious about the appointment and any procedure, but Dr. Guzman was very patient with her and spend a lot of time trying to calm her down, the staff was very helpful and kind and always available to help. Dr. Guzman is very professional, he takes the time to explain what needs to be done and provides valuable advice , It's not easy to find a good dentist for your kids, I highly recommend Dr. Guzman and his staff for kids and adults.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Sonja is the best. Highly highly recommended. Took off all 18 teeth in sessions like a real champ. I felt safe and cared for. Ready to answer my crazy questions from beginning to end. Went far and beyond.
Everybody were respectful and pleasant from reception to dental assistants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The team that performed the root canal on my tooth was great.
However my issue was with the billing/administrative team not being professional nor honoring their word.
Before agreeing to my root canal I spoke to the receptionist and asked her to quote & verify with insurance what I am covered for, and she assured me that I’m “100%” covered for the procedure, so I agreed to get the root canal done at their clinic.
Only to be surprised with $500 bill on my way out after the procedure claiming that this $500 wasn’t covered and it’s on me for not knowing what my insurance actually covers.
Unfortunately it got even worse when the administrator got her boss who showed up with a rude attitude saying it’s my fault and I have to pay the $500.
Completely disappointed by them dishonoring the agreed upon contract, and they lost my trust and confidence in them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited over an hour for a 2 minute consultation with a scheduled specialist on a Monday afternoon. This as well as all other appointments I've been to had me waiting for similar lengths of time. I understand that there may be delays resulting from other patient complications but for delays happening for every appointment proves little respect for patient care. I'd suggest to call ahead of your appointment to make sure they do have space for you at your allotted time.
Regardless, the practitioners do a great job.
