Amazing place. I had a damaged laptop and Sam at Platinum took very good care of me. He quoted me a price much lower than other places and provided fast service. He took the time to explain the situation to me and to also explain further steps to preventing future problems. It was honest with me about everything from the beginning. You have earned a customer for life here. There are other repair shops closer to me but I will always travel further to your location in order to get exceptional service. I highly recommend this computer shop.

Platinum PC has the best service, reasonable price and time for pick-up. Here's why: I also had virus, cookies (spywares), while my cousin was downloading one of the free movies for us to watch together, little did we know, 2 days later my lap top computer was infected with all sorts of viruses, cookies, spywares, malwares and then the next thing I know my lap top computer was frozen and I could hardly exit from any of the pop ups window. I then brought my computer to Platinum PC and Sam removed all those viruses, spywares, cookies, malwares and installed the antivirus software to the computer. Within the same day I can pick up my computer without having to wait for a week or possibly 2 or more at other places. You can trust Sam with your computer to be fixed at a fairly fast, efficient and reasonable great price in comparison to other repair places. Where as other places not only they took much longer to do the diagnostic test, their price was unreasonably high, but they also said that there is no guarantee that the computer can be fixed. So, what good would those other services are for??? Overall, if and when you come to Platinum PC, I can assure you that your computer is in good hands with Sam at Platinum PC. Sam is truly professional and the best in PC repairs that I know of in comparison to all others one that I have used, checked, inquired and used in the past. I discovered this shop by researching the many computer repair shops in the area and was intrigued at the many good reviews. So I took my aged computer there for repair. All I can say as I find myself at the other end of the experience, with a resurrected computer that works so much better than it has in years, is that those rave reviews are more than deserved.
