I gave them a few chances, but everytime I have been here, I experience unbelievably horrendous customer service. I arrive on time for my appointments but still have to wait 20+ minutes every single time. It's completely disrespectful and wasting my time. Their rooms and equipment look very outdated, cheap and not clean. During my teeth cleaning, the Vietnamese dentist feels the need to criticize me on irrelevant things, like implying my educational degree is lowly, telling me the flaws in my skin, pointing out the only pimple I have etc. (when her own face is pockmarked full of acne and scars). I don't know why someone would feel the need to say such things to a client. I came here to get a teeth cleaning, not verbal abuse. The dentist and assistant also spend more time chatting than actually cleaning. This pathetic service is not worth your money. They are not gentle or remotely considerate when poking around inside your mouth. I developed a painful lump on the inside of my cheek the next day, probably a result from their rough poking. Additionally, this place has shady business practices. I found out that they overcharged me when I was using insurance. My insurance only covers 80% and I had to pay more out of my own pocket than if I wasn't using my insurance benefits plan! When I asked them about it, they had the audacity to tell me that is how it works. Their response demonstrates the attitude and ethics they hold, which makes me seriously question their sanitary practices. After that scenario, I immediately switched over to a new dental office which has been so much better. I tell all my friends to stay away from this place!

I am 28 years old and love coming here for my checkups. It is a small unit in an older area of Mississauga. The doctor and dentist here have been providing my family and I over 20 years. Wait times can be long but that's the heath care system we have. Friendly and helpful and very understanding. Will continue to come and recommend anyone else new to the area looking for a family doctor or dentist.
