They remained in constant communication and provided additional services as I saw fit. I haven't had to go back (which is a good thing), but I would refer to them for any future issues and definitely recommend their services!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Mac needed a new screen and had some water damage, took it to Apple and a couple other places but quote was too high and almost as much as a new laptop which I couldn't afford. Went to GTA MAC REPAIR and they took my Mac to assess, gave me a better price, cleaned out the water damage and told me it would be better for me to replace the laptop, as the water damage, which they cleaned, may cause problems in the future. And did not want to have to pay for more repairs in the future. THIS WAS ALL DONE FOR FREE!!!! I ended up buying a new Mac, at the apple store they offered a small amount for the Mac, but GTA MAC REPAIR bought it from me for much higher. I was grateful for their honesty in the whole process, they could have charged me to chance the screen knowing I would have to come back to repair parts that were damaged. Customer service was amazing and I trust them so much. Would recommend to everyone!

I’m quite busy so it was hard to find a time to drop it off but their option of pick up and drop off delivery is so convenient that there is just no question when it comes to taking my service to them. Turn around was so quick and they have been extremely accommodating of my schedule. I’m so happy with the service and I would not hesitate to rave and recommend this business. Thank you once again, I am beyond grateful!
