M	Memo Ucak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought brand new batteries for my scooter. In a month i couldn't even go 5km. When i went back i was told more people had the same problem with their batteries, and that it was our fault. Definitely do not recommend buying your batteries here.

The owner, (Mike) gave me some very helpful information over the phone which helped me diagnose the problem. I have never been a customer of his in the past but he still helped me. Amazing customer service. I will be a customer in the future

Ya id say if you wanna get an ekectric bike Mikes Ebikes. Cost me 10 bucks a month to charge. And get up to 45 to 61 klms distance of travel on a single charge. University Students would benifit for sure

When you got the best deal, treated with respect and the staff was happy to see you come support their business? Stop by and ask a question. :-) Prove me wrong. I went in looking an inner tube with a budget and limited experience changing them. I left with detailed instructions, tips / tricks to complete the job myself and notes on preventing major damage. I have found my ebike store and will refer everyone I can there. My only wish is that they get to open more locations - they deserve the support and work hard to ensure quality and customer satisfaction. Plus they know their stuff!

I have never felt so welcome and happy to be working with someone providing a service as I was when I took in my E-bike for repair. Turned out to be a faulty throttle that was causing problems and the cost of the repair was so much less than I had anticipated. The service was astounding and incredibly informative as well. The owner, Mike, was incredibly pleasant to talk to and he explained to me what might be the problem and then went about diagnosing and fixing the issue. All throughout, he explained to me certain things that Electric Bikes are good for, the care procedure for them and the maintenance they require from time to time. I will from now on and until the shop stays open take all my Electric Bike needs to this shop as I do not think any other place will provide the transparency and the friendly atmosphere that Mike provides. The name of the establishment has been changed, from Smart Electric Bikes Ltd to Mikes Electric Bikes. I would give the shop 10 stars out of 5, but google won't let me do that.
m	melissa v on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could put 0 stars I would This guy who owns the place I think his name is Mike is so rude and arrogant thinks he knows everything my boyfriend was talking to him on the phone once and he was yelling at him cause he had alot of trouble explaining himself so Mike told him basically he doesn't know what he's doing or talking about don't talk to people this way who have a disability be kind to each other now you have lost my buisness Very racist as well !!!
J	John Wells on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been dealing with Mike and his shop for about 5 years now.Bought 2 bikes,numerous parts and Mike did several repairs for me.I gotta tell you it's hard to find more honest and knowledgeable ebike mechanic than him.Never have been disappointed. The shop has good choice of ebikes at very affordable prices, I know that from past experience dealing with couple of other bike shops,no comparison-Smart Ebikes is tops.It's also conveniently located in central Brampton. Highly recommended.
