★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My bro A, loves this place, he has plenty of ice time and is a stud at being a goalie , too bad hes going to be a medical student instead of persuing a NHL hockey career (since he's canadian) but i know he's independent and can make his own decisions ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The can skate program starts with 15 minutes warm up, then 30 minutes lesson. In our class, one instructor-no assistant- takes care of 13 kids. It ends with 15 minutes free time that you can use to hire private coach. In our class, kids were told they can sit on the ice and play with toys - cones and stuff or play games. Sure enough, most kids sat on the ice and play toys. We have been to other skating clubs and I've never seen kids are allowed to just sit on ice during class time. I tried can ice because the class is an hour long. But the effective learning time is even shorter than the other skating club. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Way over packed for the winter program. To many kids. Each instructor has 13 kids. No way they can help all of them. So the quieter skaters are not paid attention to. At the price you pay you would expect smaller classes. I thought would leaving the city program would get me more attention for my child.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love that you can pretty much just drop in and go, what I don't like is the ice. It's very hard, harder then I'm use. May be fine for others though. Also even after the ice was resurfaced the groves were still prominent and you can feel and see the ruts and holes. They need to do better at packing the holes with snow rather then just running the zamboni over it. I know it's a private facility, hoping they do some upgrades soon.

Update: it has been better lately. We have been using the small pad and its a good area for small group training
