They were wonderful to deal with from the initial meeting right up to the completed work. Every trade, from their electricians, to their fabricator, to their painters, plasterers, and of course their "onsite" project lead (Paul) were a pleasure to work with. They were on time, clean, responsible, honest, not to mention the incredible workmanship. Thank you Pro-Con (Joseph, Paul, Jason, Matthew, Nic, Leticia, Michael, Nuno ... just to mention a few - can't list them all). Would highly recommend this company!! If you're looking to renovate, and want an incredible outcome, call them !!! They exceed 5 stars!!

The team was very responsive and completed the project on schedule and within their original budget. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking to complete any project.
4	4gc22 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have more respect and gratitude for pro-con that any other contractor I have ever met, or will probably will ever meet. I was given the job to renovate a family members house who was undergoing cancer treatment, and met with countless contractors who treated me like I knew nothing. Now truth be told, as a woman I know I’m already treated as though I know nothing, but was in this alone and short of guidance. I was given bogus quotes by multiple contractors until I met with Joseph and John. They have not only an honest quote but took the time in the house. Measuring and calculating without even being told I had chosen them. It was refreshing, and it didn’t stop there. Their timeline was aggressive and they followed through. I was able to contact them on a whim, they kept me involved, making me feel important and heard. I had chosen one particular finish that I hated and they didn’t even complain when they had to rip it out and do it all over again. At the end of the day, it’s not about “Well aren’t you paying them?” It’s about being heard and feeling valued, and not only did I show this to them, but they graciously gave back to me. To go so far as to clean up miraculously on the last weekend my family member could see the house before she passed, is something I will never forget and will frame that picture as I live in these walls enjoying their beautiful work every day. I am more grateful for their work than they could possibly imagine. To know I have them in my life to call for any future needs is the biggest blessing of all. What more can I say? You saved my life during the hardest time of my life. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Oh and please tell Orlando, my sink is leaking. Just kidding!

We are thrilled with the final result and the process was very enjoyable. Joseph is very professional, helpful and a wonderful contractor to work with. All of the trades brought in were excellent and detailed, the quality of all the work was amazing and the team were on time for every aspect of the project. We are thrilled with the work that was done and are very grateful for the team.

My initial meeting with John was impressive with a depth of knowledge and a sound plan to undertake the project while my family remained in the house. Other contractors under estimated the scope of the project, removing a roof and replacing within a short timeline, thus I went with John and have been happy ever since. The team at Pro-Con are approachable and professional. They were able to see our vision of new alterations that are sympathetic to the historical context of our house. The back lane garage gets many kudos as people think that it is a house rather than a garage with the quality of the look of the building.
