Mim Concept - Mississauga

Recently purchased the Joey- walnut storage bed and Mirah nightstands and I love them! Amazing quality, amazing service and so easy to set up. I definitely recommend!

Furniture I received so far is good quality and seems durable. Good selection and designs. Responsive customer service. On the flip side be ready to wait for your furniture. I placed the order in Jan 2021 and when I placed it I was supposed to get the bed by June 2021. It got delayed to July then to October then to Nov and then to Dec third week. Now I hear its not shipping in 3rd week either after I asked them. Be ready to wait for the furniture if you place order for back ordered items. Worst part is that it seems Mim concept seems to just make promises about shipping dates and it seems to have no bearing whatsoever. I have been waiting patiently for almost one year for the furniture now and I have been refraining to put such a review in as product quality is good. Its just the false promises on shipping that are a deal breaker to me. Update: - Year corrected. -Yes, Mim did throw in the free pillow, however, there was no partial refund to my order. When I placed my order there was a 5% discount sale was going on and only a few days later it changed to 10%. I asked Mim if I would be able to get the 10% off, mim said yes they can give extra 5% off when the furniture ships. And they gave remaining 5% back in October after I reminded them. Mim shipped nightstand and dresser to me soon after I placed my order as it was in stock at the time of order. They were shipping another dresser and nightstand along with the bed I was expecting in early December and I reminded them that they have already shipped everything except the bed. It seems to me that Mim sent that set to someone else after I reminded them. Which was again frustrating as I was already waiting for almost one year and had I not reminded them I would have had the bed by now. (Part of the reason why I could not cancel the order was that I already had nightstand and dresser) So there was no partial refund for the order, It seems Mim just forgot that they shipped some items early on and I did pay for the complete set. - The price of goods and shipping always go up over time. I had paid Mim in January in full and the liability to absorb such increases is anyways supposed to be with Mim. It is a bit unfair of you to say that you took losses because of price increase. This sways me further away thinking that your price is not fixed on backordered items…

We ordered the Joey King Bed and Side tables. We are so happy with everything. From the personal delivery to build quality to assembly it was the best experience. I was surprise at the level of finish on all the edges of the frame as they were so smooth. Also. The velvety material in the drawers was an awesome surprise. We will certainly be back for additional pieces. Great value for the excellent quality.

High quality furniture and amazing team. We had a small manufacturing issue with one of the bedside table and the team came all the way from Toronto to Montreal to check on us. Thanks again to Joey for the time you took to look into that!

We loved everything about the Jerry dining table but call us old school still wanted to see it in person. We visited the showroom and from start to finish Mim Concept has provided exceptional customer service to ensure we were satisfied. A great experience and would highly recommend!

We loved Mim Concept we first bought the Jerry and Andy dining set and fall in love with it. I personally love the color and design. We were hesitant to buy online since we live in Montreal and we didn't have the opportunity to go to TGA to check the set first. However we couldn't find another dining set like this one so we took out chances and bought it. My favorite part is the extention as well as the chairs. We saw different designs of mid-century chairs but non look like this one, the details under the seat makes this chair pop out from the rest. We have been getting compliments from family members. Because we loved it so much as soon as we have a chance we got the bedroom set Joey with the two nightstands Mirah. The prices are very good and the costumer service is amazing. We can't wait to get out next piece the Jenny dresser.

Amazing furnitures and great service to boot! Furnitures are solid wood with great design, functional and looks great. Well worth the price. They were really good at answering my inquiries prior to my purchase and accommodated my extra delivering request after as well. Thanks again Joey!

I ordered their 24” counter stools in solid white oak for my kitchen and I couldn’t be more pleased! They are handmade by Canadian craftsman and solid and absolutely gorgeous! Great customer service and super fast shipping. Highly recommend this Canadian business for quality, long lasting furniture for all styles of homes.
