★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello guys, If you are dealing with Muhammad Khurram at skylord please discuss in advance in details about the flight reschedule and refund request fee (Agency fee) on top of airline penalties or fee. I booked my family flight for 04 passengers under one booking through him. He charged me CAD 296 (CAD 74 per passenger) agency fee just to process my one booking refund request. Initially he was trying to charge me CAD 400-600 per passenger but when I sent him my communication email with PIA with full ticket price refund as proof then he charged me the above price (CAD 296 - CAD 74 per passenger). In addition to that it took more than 2.5 months for process and transparency and customer service was very frustrating. Fund request was made due to delay in flight departure schedule more than 06 hours and it is the rule for international travel if flight schedule got delayed more than 03 hours, passenger is entitled for full refund in case of cancellation.
Note: in the same time I booked my ticket directly through PIA website with same flight and schedule and PIA refund my full ticket price without any charge.
Lessons Learned: Please discuss and take the confirmation in writing from him for any reschedule or refund request fee for the agency on top of airline charges.
