Rick was dishonest to us, he first said a lot of things about how we work and how he will help us but then when we started to work with him he completely forgot what he said, during our work also he was saying things about houses that was against his previous words and other sources and we were totally confused which one of his words should we believe. However he knew what type of house we are looking for to buy but there were a lot of houses for sale that matches our criteria but when we asked his opinion about them he even didn't know they exist, most of the time we had to let him know new listings otherwise as it happened multiple times the house was gone before he even say us about the house. He was not available most of the time in weekdays. The main thing for him was not to spend more than maximum 1 hour per week(including visiting houses, answering our emails and everything else) for you, and when we asked more time to see one of our favorite houses he was reluctant and his reason was you are taking my time more than what I expected!!! He was talking a lot behind other realtors to just prove us he's better than them but he really wasn't.
