I really appreciated his patience as we went to many many homes over many many days (and months). I’d highlight that he was incredibly knowledgeable. He was able to provide insight into different neighborhoods, quality of construction and helped highlight what the home could look like for me. His perspective was very helpful in evaluating all the houses and determining if they were the right fit for me. I think the thing that stood out the most to me is that he created a relationship with me – it wasn’t about a getting a sale, it was about getting to know me and what I was looking for and then from there working with me to find the right place. It definitely felt like we were working together and working towards what was best for me. He definitely made the whole experience better. I'm very happy with my new home and know that he played a large role in me getting it and I would recommend him to anyone that is looking for a new place.

When buying our house, he was prompt to respond to any communication and to set up viewings as we requested them. He never pushed or made us feel rushed, he listened to our criteria and concerns with genuine care, gave us his honest opinion and sound advice, and once we made up our mind, he respected our decisions and worked hard to negotiate a fair price we were comfortable with. When selling our home, he showed the same attentiveness, patience, and knowledge of the market. His advice on when to list, the list price, when to review offers, and tips on staging helped generate a lot of interest in the house, and we sold for a price we were extremely happy with. We, as a young family with a toddler, were unfamiliar with the world of real estate and on top of that we were looking for houses in a very competitive market. Michele provided that support and so much more. His professionalism alone was such a breath of fresh air. Michele also has great knowledge around the KW area and engaged in discussion openly whenever we had questions. He is honest and true to word. I am young, so it was assumed that it might be hard to obtain the lease as my age may play a factor. But Michele supported me and kept my head up, reassuring me. He had tried his best to recommend me to the owner of the condo, and was determined and hardworking. He even offered to help later in a chance if I do not get the lease, which showed how thoughtful and considerate he is. When signing the lease, Michele also made sure for me to check all the terms and conditions and to read clearly with my parents.
