★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I felt kind of neglected when I came for my messed up knees. All they did was slap some electrodes on them and left me there behind a curtain for a half hour. That was the extent of my 'physiotherapy.' Pretty expensive too, even with partial coverage. I ended up buying that Dr. Ho device from Costco and it worked equally as well in my humble opinion. That being said, I used to get massage therapy there and it really helped. For physio though, I'm going to look at other options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been coming here for massage with Janice and has always felt wonderful afterwards. The stress just falls off. Recently I've had to transition to physiotherapy with Ratna who has been an amazing help. With Ratna's help, I am able to avoid shoulder surgery! THANK YOU!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ratna has helped me on three different occasions over the years: plantar fasciitis, rotator cuff and ulnar nerve. Each time I came to her with horrible pain and swelling, and she worked carefully with me to help me get back to normal. I am very thankful for all of her help! She is fantastic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laurelwood Chiropractic provides a wonderful experience as soon as you walk through the front door. The staff who greet you are warm and friendly and the location is convenient.
I saw Ratna Adepu, a Physiotherapist for treatment of a hip injury and she told me what the exact issue was and what her treatment plan was with an estimate of how many sessions I would need for a full recovery. She is professional, knowledgeable and I would return there again.
Ratna had previously helped me out with a shoulder injury in 2019 and relieved the pain and discomfort I was feeling and it still feels great in 2021!
I highly recommend Ratna if you are in need of physiotherapy!

Called in and booked apt for shock therapy treatment, was made to see an chiropractor and in first appointment only was pressurized to but orthopedic shoes without any physician reference and further pressurized to buy it right away as year was ending and they wanted ot put it through same year.. not sure what changes for next year ..anyways , once the orthopedics are in, i am being harassed to come to clinic and take these. What is the urgency i don't get it. It is to be paid by insurance , they can directly bill my insurance and they have all the information on insurance. I was sick since first week of Jan , got covid and still have the after-effects of covid, bad cough and weakness. i don't feel comfortable going to any public place specially doctor offices , i don't want ot get sick again and amazing reception staff instead of giving me alternative options has now started harassing with collection threats. BTW did i miss , chiropractic apt i received was for 45 min and you only get 10 min with Chiropractor. wondering if there is a place to complain about this practice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This center has multiple services all under one roof in central waterloo , nice facility with plenty of parking. They give several options for appointments and for me were able to accommodate an urgent request for a physio appointment in a very short time.
In the past Ratna Adepu was doing the physio and she is amazing. Recently for my neck and shoulder injury i am seeing Nicole Weishar and is a great seeing her take a detailed assessment and working on my recovery from pain.
Great facility with very good practitioners and customer service
