★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am absolutely appalled at the treatment I received at this clinic. First I was not acknowledged when I came in, and after waiting in the lobby 20 mins was put in a room to wait for another 20 minutes. The reception staff were loudly chatting with each other, the music was blaring and then both showed me to the room which seemed odd considering distancing.
When Dr. Simice came in I asked where can I place my handbag and coat, and to complete my yearly skin cancer check up shouldn't I be given a gown? The Dr. was very defensive and dismissive and honestly made me feel as though I had done something wrong. She advised my Dr. had made a mistake and did not fill in their referral form correctly. However I provided their intake form which had completely detailed my last 3 cancer removals. I was told then to disrobe but was not given a sheet to cover myself. I have waited a year for this referral appointment.
When Dr. Simice came back in the room I said; this office is much louder than the old office, she responded that I sure was in a complaining mood. I asked for a sheet and she tossed one on the bed.
Then I am asked, while she stood over me "Do you want me to check to see if you have cancer again or not." At this point I had started to cry as I had no idea what I had done wrong, and how awful and uncomfortable this situation was.
I tried my best to get through the inspection of my skin, and was told there was a spot requiring a biopsy, and where do I want to go for that?
People should not be treated this way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely appalling customer service, waited eight months to actually be offered an appointment date zero consultation with me as to my availability. Unable to attend the date offered as I work out of town, was not offered a new date but actually told to go get another referral because.... my appointment would not be until June next year. ?
Go elsewhere, I am.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reception was instant and friendly, I was seated and informed that my appointment would be in about 15 minutes as I had arrived early. In 15 minutes the Dermatologist came, assessed my condition, treated me and informed me in a very professional manner. Super staff, highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disorganized reception service. I had my appointment changed without being consulted and the time change conflicted with my work schedule. Now I'm waiting another 2 weeks and will have to request time off for my employer with short notice. It puts me in a awkward position.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This morning I had the privilege to meet with Dr. Simice. The young lady was very friendly who welcomed me at the front and took me back to the patient room.
Dr. Simice was friendly, professional and gave the feeling she truly cares about her patients. She answered all of my questions and didn't make me feel rushed to move on to the next appointment.
I am so thankful to have her on my side to help navigate my situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a 9am appointment. Waited 45 minutes then went to receptionist who said she was in a staff meeting. Why would you book an appointment if you know you aren’t available? My time is important too. Don’t treat patients this way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was grateful to go in see the team about some skin issues i was worried about. Once the referral from my doctor came through i was notified by friendly staff about an opportunity to have a appointment that came up as it wouldn't be a long meeting at office. I was excited but the booking to the communication was fantastic. M. Gammie the Nurse was amazing at check in with me and Dr. Weichert was prompt and was helping a intern go over my skin and felt safe and great to be sharing there feedback with me , speaking in medical terms then explaining to me in regular terms to notify me of a plan of action and tests. i would recommend anyone to go to this business. I understand reading reviews there very all over but every company and staff member i believe always tries there best and sometimes we need to cut people some slack. the team was friendly, smiley, busy, professional, helpful and local families and its always important to support local. Thanks for being so great
