★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well they wouldn't take returns because of COVID and then would only offer store credit because it was over 30 days. Made me fed-ex it to them to inspect and then would not take it back because it was wrinkled. I hope to find the owner and let him know the scam they are running. The general manager Andrea was totally unprofessional and rude. Never, ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to update this to say that the owner got ahold of me and could not have been more helpful. This is clearly a case of one disgruntled employee and not reflective of the company. I would encourage all to shop at the Surrey location or online. Was a pleasure to see their amazing store and Ben the owner had this corrected right away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unkind environment. The staff was sharp when speaking to me as a customer. They asked us if we needed help, but, with a condescension tone. The supervisor was non responsive when I asked her how her day was going. Staff at other locations are very kind and considerate about how they speak to customers. The environment here felt condescending, with an undertone of racism. I bring race up because I’m native/indigenous…. And it felt like because of my race I was dismissed.
