I purchased an used mobilty walker privtely and ater using it for awhile I decided it was to short I was bent over all the time. I tookit to see if there were taller handles for it Because it was an older model they had to do a little phoning around to finxally come up with a set. I had them delivered to the store and installed in under a week at a price that was very good Thank you so much for the great.service.

My parents and I drove around to 4 stores that sell walkers. We were looking specifically looking for the new white Nexxus III Rollator. For starts, the store is beautiful. Roomy, spacious, well laid out, very inviting. The staff were friendly. And we found that their prices were the best. And... they have my mom a seniors discount. We were more than satisfied. Now both my parents have walkers. They fold with ease and are light!

Until they Took over Medi-Chair they use to be trusted in Power Chairs. Now All I would buy here is non electrical, cane parts and walkers. Been fighting for about 6 years with my Power Wheelchair and like Medi-Chair I have a lemon and they can not admit to that. Instead they want to make money off me and make me frustrated. I been contacting Motion for the past 2 days to get my wheelchair repaired and it is like no one seem interested in helping. I am at a loss if the repair department is not interested in repairing my chair that was purchased through their company who do I go get it repair by??

Motion carries everything you can think of in terms of mobility, accessibility and personal care products. Service, parts and rentals are all provided. Very helpful and knowledable staff. Really appreciate the recent call from Michelle to let me know about a service call from my dad's care facility. Since he owns his lift, and Michelle thought of this when the call came in, I was able to get involved and expedite their request saving time and money. She went above and beyond which was so appreciated! Motion has taken all possible precautions at their store with regard to COVID so I had no concerns about going their.

The women at the front were great and followed all Covid-19 rules. Problem was the service man. The walker I took home had no brakes, when returned the next day this man was defensive and said the brakes when pressed were supposed to allow the walker to move. ridiculous! On a decline if the brakes were engaged the walker would roll out. I am worried that product is being sent out without the most simple safety check and that a vulnerable customer will be injured. I am very disappointed.

Absolutely terrible. They bent the frame on my manual chair, told me it wouldn't be an issue (even though at the time it was under warranty and could have been replaced). A few months later, because of the bend, the castors were fluttering constantly to the point of my chair being unsafe. They sent up service people a week later who then put on bearings that were the wrong size, bent the frame more severely, and left me with a wheelchair that was so unsafe I was housebound until I had another company come provide actual repairs. Then, a few months ago they sent me a bill for breaking my chair. I'll be taking them to small claims court. They are a predatory business who really only care about their ability to cash in on government contracts for services on wheelchairs. Disabled folks, especially those with active lifestyles who need their mobility equipment to work: DO NOT ASK THESE PEOPLE FOR HELP. Also, I'm not alone. A friend of mine who has his contract and warranty on his power chair with Motion went over a YEAR before they completed a simple repair on his hand toggle. It's just an absolutely disgusting company. They do not care about disabled people, they care about controlling the market we have to shop within for our equipment. It's a shame, when they were a small shop - they were incredible. I switched to them because the team they had 10 years ago was possibly the best I'd had. Now... I just think everyone should avoid at all costs.

Rapid and great service! We needed a stairlift ASAP. Tyler and Bob showed up within 1 hour of my initial phone call. The stairlift was installed the next morning on Dec 23. Friendly, efficient and thorough service. Can't thank these guys enough. The stairlift is top quality.
