If you plan on using this company to book a property or a hotel in Whistler, do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.
It’s extremely disappointing that once you’ve purchased they don’t return your calls or emails. That they don’t refund your money during Covid-19, when you don’t have a choice, you can’t travel!
Dealing with the owner through a web of lies and deceit is even more disappointing.
I urge you to book directly or find another company that is willing to refund you under the current circumstances.
