J	Jon OLeary on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First off, the people working were incredibly pleasant and helpful! This is the reason for the 2 stars! Thank you. However… I spent extra to get a “premium” snowboard package for my wife and myself w/ boots and bindings. The snowboard was a K2 rocker/camber/rocker. Not a terrible board, but certainly not premium and had absolutely no wax on it. Not a drop! Thing was slow and sticky and it was about 10’F or -20’C ish. Did have sharp edges, it’s only Defense. Next issue was the bindings. Absolutely the worst bindings on the planet. Supposed to be over the toe, however kept slipping off and my foot would slide around. Thank God I had my multi tool with me, because I had to adjust all 4 straps on top of the Mountain to get my boots in them. Again it was -20’C and super windy. Lastly we come to the boots. Holy S&’t they were absolute garbage!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why? Why would you buy those and charge people money? Do you just not care if people come back to your store? It literally felt like my feet were attached to a snowboard with cement. I am still, 2 weeks later having difficulty walking as a result of them. “Premium” package, I can’t imagine what you rent as a “Sport” package. I was unable to enjoy Whistler-Blackcomb because of your terrible equipment. Thanks for that. Please take note of this so that others don’t get their hard earned vacations ruined as well.

Good quality, well tuned Head skis with a very sharp edges... which we appreciated given the hard pack conditions during our stay. Professional helpful and friendly staff we really appreciated that they let us drop off our skis and boots each night since our AirB&B was very small, and we did not want to tempt thieves by leaving them in the car. They will put your boots on a drying rack over night so they’re good and dry in the morning Highly recommended!
