J'avais deux modèles de souliers dans les mains qui n'étaient pas de la bonne grandeur. J'attendais qu'un des deux employés vienne proposer son aide. Un etait seul derriere la caisse, l'autre a préféré faire du facing plutôt que de venir me voir pour me demander quelle grandeur de soulier je voulais pour essayer. J'ai laissé les deux paires de soulier sur le présentoire et je suis parti acheter ailleurs. C'était des souliers à 110$ chaque paire.
I went there to buy two pairs of shoes on Monday evening. No hello when entering from the employees. I had two models of shoes in my hands that were not the right size. I was waiting for one of the two employees to come and offer help. One was alone behind the checkout, the other preferred to do facing rather than coming to see me to ask me what size of shoe I wanted to try. I left the two pairs of shoes on the display and went to buy elsewhere. They were shoes at $ 110 each pair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très mauvais service de 2 vendeuses. Dire tout haut d'une cliente en magasin qu'elle est fatiguante parce-qu'elle a essayé plusieurs souliers c'est innaceptable! La cliente s'apprêtait à acheter 2 paires de souliers, elle a entendu et est reparti sans acheter. Je peux la comprendre! Ce qu'elles ont fait était innaproprié et innacceptable.
Very poor service from 2 saleswomen. To say aloud to a customer in a store that she is tiring because she has tried several shoes is unpleasant! The customer was about to buy 2 pairs of shoes, she heard and left without buying. I can understand her! What they did was inappropriate and unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impossible de donné 0 étoile malheureusement, 30 minutes dans un magasin de 75'², 5 clients à l'intérieur et Impossible d'avoir le minimum de service. Aucun employé vient nous voir, nous voulions acheter 3 paires, nous savions quelle modèle et quelle pointure.
Je n'y retournerai plus.

Impossible to give 0 stars unfortunately, 30 minutes in a 75'² store, 5 customers inside and Impossible to have the minimum service. No employee comes to see us, we wanted to buy 3 pairs, we knew which model and which size.
I won't be going back there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bunch of retards working there . I paid for a shoe that they did not have in stock so they told me they will ship it at home . After 5 days I didn't even get an email so I called the store took them almost 25 minutes to find the order just to tell me to call back next day to talk to the superviser since she doesn't know how it works on top of that she was the one that took the order . Still waiting for answers . Waist of time so unorganized
