★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent lawyer for all applications. My wife left me after 25 years of marriage and 7 years into a wait for a kidney transplant. After receiving a kidney transplant, he helped my redo my Will and Power of Attorney, removing her from my estate. He helped me sell my house and pay off all the debt she racked up. He then proceeded to help me divorce he. The divorce took 3 years, because she was not that cooperative and delayed the process. However, he was very persistent and profession during the entire process and through sheer persistence and professional behaviour, the task is now through the courts.

Through the process of negotiations, approvals, verifications & inspections during the transaction the deal was delayed. Unfortunately, it fell on Saqib to compensate for the delay and he went above and beyond to ensure the deal closed on time. He protected the time and resources I had invested into the deal. I am very thankful for his responsiveness to the difficult situation and diligence in professionally completing the transaction.
