★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although I have never used their services, I live nearby and have had multiple interactions with their business/employees in their parking lot.
Due to the entire area being under construction and a lack of street parking available, I once parked my car in one of their parking lots spots for the evening and when I returned to my car, found a rude note on the windshield.
Again a few years later, upon quickly parking in one of their parking lot stalls to quickly change vehicles with my sister, I was rudely yelled at that I was not allowed to park there. Understandable, although it was completely obvious I was not leaving my parked car there - I left my car door wide open and running.
I'd like to mention that one employee, parks his truck across 3 stalls every day, and I have never once seen their parking lot more than 25% full.
These are still considered interactions with the public, and should be treated as though every person is a potential client. Unfortunately I will never use their services, nor recommend them to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As already mentioned by others, I have never used their services but live near by and have had multiple problems with the behaviours, attitudes and actions of these people. Leave trash in our lawns, being rude, parking in our stalls and not their own, throwing cigarette butts everywhere (there’s lots of dogs in the neighbourhood and this is not only littering but dangerous). Highly disappointed
