★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So here's the situation: the combustion draft fan on my furnace had started to squeal, so I ordered a new one online for about $165 (including shipping). It was going to be a couple weeks before it came in as it was nearing Christmas. Meanwhile, mine decided to stop working on Christmas eve, so I went into Sinclair Supply and picked one up for the insane price of $370, just in case I couldnt fix mine. I managed to get mine working long enough for the online one to come in. So I went to return the highly overpriced one to Sinclair Supply, but they wouldnt accept it even though I hadn't even taken it out of the box. I felt like a hate crime had been committed on me. Not because of my race or gender, but because I wasn't a contractor with an account there so they "couldnt give me a deal". I doubt it would've been a 50% off deal to bring it down to a respectable mark up price either. Probably going to need therapy after the poor customer service I recieved at this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ went to them for a inducer fan wouldn't sell me one as wasnt a contractor part that requires 4 bolts and a connector F them went to emco hvac bought one and had it changed out in 20 mins
