★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My gas furnace was due to be replaced so I called this company in the spring and had a long disscussion with the technician and we disscussed the pros and cons of heat pumps versus a gas furnace. I was advised
that at this time a gas furnace would be more economical as gas is
cheaper then electricity. An appointment was made for an estimate to
install a gas furnace but they never showed up. Good luck getting a response in this heatwave.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very lucky to have used Brent and the gang at WD Sheet Metal , I have one of the oldest houses in Grand Forks ( built in 1910) most of the plumbing contractors in town recommended I get WD Sheetmetal do do the job , when the heatwave hit it was hard to source all the equipment for this house , all the stores in town had trouble getting fans let alone air conditioner. It took a couple of extra trips to get the job done but the place is as cool as can be ! Thanks again Brent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service call to senior's home due to dead thermostat batteries. Total time on site was 10 minutes. Took 5 minutes to replace 2 aa batteries. Total fee was $113! The "professional" journeyman did not reset the thermostat temperature so the house went cold first night. Next day the furnace cover holding the filter falls off due to improper replacement. I can understand a service fee for time, fuel etc. But this type of business practice is pathetic. Never again.
