The installation was done on schedule, flawlessly and I am now enjoying the wonderful benefits of a heat pump. I would not hesitate to recommend 4Seasons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot say enough about the service of 4 Seasons Heating. I had decided to go to a heat pump when my oil furnace needed to be replaced. It was scheduled for February, however, the furnace quit in December and it was cold. I had to compromise a bit on what brand I was getting but all the staff worked with me to get heat in the house before Xmas. Everyone from Dyan who was always patient with my questions and concerns and if she couldn't answer some questions Ginny could, to Dave who did the estimate and advised what I should install and reasons why, to their electrician, Al (sorry if the name is wrong) and Bunn and his installation crew who were amazing working in the pouring rain, cold, into darkness of night to get me up and running. I have phoned a few times with questions and always get a very quick response no matter how small the concern. This whole team is amazing and I am so grateful I found them and would and have been highly recommending them to anyone I talk to. Thank you so much to all of you, you are terrific.

The staff were very good at updating us on the status of our order and explained in detail how the heat pump worked when it was installed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 weeks ago, our Daikin multi-zone ductless heat pump system was installed by 4 Seasons. From the first visit to view our needs and give us a quote to the install, registration of warranty and guidance through the grant process, 4 Seasons staff and sub-contractors have been exceptional. Throughout the delays in the supply chain, Dyan and Ginny kept in communication with us and the energy evaluation firm throughout the grant application process. They promptly and in a friendly, helpful manner answered any questions we had. The 4 Seasons installation team was prompt, professional, focused and installed the outdoor unit, 3 indoor units and all the electrical in one day. Before leaving, we were given a walk through of how to use the remote controls.The Daikin system proposed by Dave has exceeded our expectations in every way. Both the indoor and outdoor units are quiet, the air in the house is fresher and the features offered are easy to use. The effect on our hydro usage has been immediate. We look forward to continued comfort with the air conditioning feature for those upcoming hot summer days. A big thank you to the 4 Seasons team!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 Seasons has recently installed a new gas furnace for us. We are extremely pleased with their service.
Denise, the technician demonstrated professionalism to client’s satisfaction. He chose the best route to run through the gas line into the furnace room, a way that involved more work than other possible ways to hide the gas line inside the house, installed the whole unit very professionally, answered our questions in clear term, and left the site clean when the job completed. Superb work!
Ginny and Dyan in the office were very friendly and responsive. They tried their best to accommodate client’s request. They also applied FortisBC rebates on behalf of us upon payment paid in full…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the moment my wife and I met and spoke with Office Manager Dyan Neitz in the showroom of 4 Seasons Heating and Cooling last summer, we knew we were in competent, knowledgeable hands.
Dyan listened carefully, determined our needs and identified a quality free-standing gas fireplace. While supply has been hampered with availability and supply chain issues, these problems did not deter Dyan. An authorized Regency dealer, she persevered and got us our product when nothing appeared to be available.
Preparatory work began in late November when the old gas unit was also removed, the new unit was installed mid-December and the final item, an electric fan, was installed late January.
We truly Dyan’s excellent communications throughout this process. Dyan is prompt, attentive, personable and precise. We also wish to thank Dave, Dennis and Cal for their support and installation expertise.
Thanks to the 4 Seasons Heating and Cooling team, our new Regency H27 free-standing gas fireplace keeps us warm and cozy.
