★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The whole experience with 360 was amazing. I was told the technician would arrive in 30 minutes, I was sent a message with a photo of the technician and Mike arrived on time. He was courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. Overall it was a great experience and definitely will be having 360 back to yearly maintenance. Highly recommend their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mike from 360 Comfort Systems came initially on Dec 6/21 because my heat pump kept icing up and not defrosting automatically. He worked on it for some hours trying to fix it and then decided the best way to remedy the situation would be to install a new defrost control board. The board was ordered. Because of circumstances with the supplier the proper board did not arrive until late February 2022. Today, on February 28, 2020 Mike was here, installed the board, refilled the refrigerant, and the system is working beautifully. I am happy with the service, and will use the company’s services in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dakota and the guys had our 3 ductless heat pumps installed in 1 1/2 days. Very efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Answered our many questions - easy to deal with. The company will be handling the rebate process on our behalf, which I'm sure will save us a lot of frustration. When unable to obtain the equipment initially ordered (due to the current "supply & demand" situation), they were able to substitute with equal quality product which enabled our job to be completed much quicker than we envisaged! Well Done!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had asked over the phone 4- 6 weeks or so ago to have an electrical outlet and thermostat installed during this visit. When I told Joel he called your office and your recording indicated there was no such conversation. Well there definitely was, I spoke to a lady and she said that would be fine.
The reason for the new thermostat was when you installed my heat pump just over a year ago, the electrician removed the electric baseboard in the kitchen. I discovered the heat wasn’t getting to the kitchen from the heat pump so he came back to reinstall the baseboard.
I gave him a thermostat that was working just fine when installed in my bathroom, he did bring a new one but I liked the look of mine. He obviously did not test it after he installed it because I discovered after he left it only works when dial is at 25.
I called your office to have it repaired and you wanted to charge me to have someone come back. I do not believe this was my mistake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a best experience with Curtis. We fixed our bathrooms focusing on the water faucets and re-installed the toilets to prevent any water leaks. Curtis carefully analyzed any possible problems and where to replace. He replaced the things with care and he spent enough time to make sure everything is working fine. He explained everything how to maintain bathroom in a good condition as well. Very friendly and professional. Will recommend this service to my friends and relatives as well.

Tom and his team from 360 Comfort System arrived on time and did a great thorough work. Tom was professional and did a wonderful job explaining to all my questions and concerns. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Joel and Dylan came to help us when our furnace suddenly stopped working. We got a helpful text to tell us they were coming, and they showed up on time ready to help. Super professional and friendly and did a fantastic job explaining what the issues were. I was pretty worried we would be looking at a huge bill but they were able to fix it for a VERY reasonable price. Thank you both, I would definitely recommend Joel and Dylan to anyone ?
